Not only is Chantal’s around the corner from my house, she is a fast and efficient braider! I have had one issue where my braid came undone.. I made a call and she took me in right away. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes. If something hurts or you don’t like it, SPEAK UP! (within a reasonable time frame) Closed mouths are not fed.
I haven’t been braided by the daughters yet but I’ve seen their work ??

My wife came to her shop recent out and during that time frame the daughter of the owner was pulling to much on her hair per what my wife said during the braiding session. Then they were while doing her hair which to me is unsanitary. Then further remote did not explain the refund policy to my wife. The only time she did was today when my wife called to ask for her money back. I will never take her back to this place and I suggest no one else goes there as well. Update: Now that the owner has responded she is lying. It wasn't months ago it was two weeks ago I keep receipts for everything I pull money out. So my next step will be to send the health inspector to your shop. Because someone months ago had the same issue as well and you said she was lying but we have pictures. So we will more than likely see you in court.

Went to the shop to get Senegalese twists on my hair. Chantal and her daughters work together to get the job done. One of them would start the twist and the other would finish it. They take the time to do it right and the work is neat. I will be returning for more braid styles.Service: Twist braids

Well originally i had gone to their shop to get cornrows done a few months ago for 30$ . They told me the price was 60 and I told him I couldn't afford that much so if it was a problem then I wouldnt waste your time . I got up to Leave and they agreed to do my hair for $30 but they was not happy about it. i sat down, the lady was was mad asf yanking my hair out and they were just laughing as ive had them in over a month and she put me on blast in front of everyone telling me your hair is DURTY you are supposed to wash it you know that right?!. Ive never been so humiliated in my life bruh. I see why they have a security guard in there cus they disrespectful asf And she twisted my hair as tight as she physically can even though i was in visible scrunity lik that some really disrespectful way to treat your clients.
