There is only one cashier for a line I stood in for over 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she was too busy to address customer concerns. The cashier on duty was polite but extremely over worked. Worst purchasing experience ever!!!!

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse...they should close because customers can't even use the bathroom (where have you seen a store like this not letting customers use the bathroom, the authorities should do something) few employees, huge queue, just one cashier...priceless goods ….a disappointment….

Update to previous review. The quality of the store has gotten a little better. I mostly just come for the decorations and things like that. There’s always a really long line and like 1 or 2 registers open. You would think the manager would open up a register but no, he’s hanging clothes, despite numerous people complaining.
This puts me in the mind of a thrift store. Stuff anywhere and everywhere, disorganized, wrong sizes on the hangers, very low quality clothing. This Burlington needs new management ASAP. I mean, just ridiculous!!!! I wish I’d taken pictures but I left out of there too fast. I have just never been to a Burlington this terrible.

The store is junky and most of the items are of poor quality. This is a blatant disrespect to the area and the demographics represented. I have been to other Burlington stores in more prominent neighborhoods, and they definitely do not look like this. Also, there is always a long line because there is consistently only one or two cashiers. This is ridiculous and I’m tired of seeing this kind of service in the neighborhood and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went shopping on December 21st and because I was walking quickly I forgot my wallet in the cart but I just went out the door and I remembered that I had forgotten it and I returned the disk siquiure Who takes care of the door I already had it in my hands and was taking it out all my money and he's putting it in his jacket bag. He's a thief who seems to have the power to talk to me and tell me to forget it and he ran to get my money.
