BUYER BEWARE! The builder I am using to build my custom home uses Burgess Lighting to supply their lighting fixtures. I made some changes to the fixtures I wanted from the builder's choices and Burgess provided me with revised pricing. I figured out a few weeks later that Burgess was providing deeply discounting the credits for the fixtures I wasn't purchasing and charging me near list prices for the fixtures I was purchasing. After I complained about their price gouging, they told me that I would be charged a 25 % restocking charge on their price gouging since some of the fixtures were already ordered. Stay far, far away from these folks!! You can purchase just about everything they sell on Amazon for far less than they charge.Follow-up: The "canned" Owner's response tells you all you need to know. Instead of proactively reaching out to a customer that was dissatisfied with being price gouged (I'm sure they know how to contact me), they state that they are sorry and that I should call Customer Service. BUYER BEWARE!

Burgess offers the latest decor in home lighting and accessories . This place will have you in awe. Prices kind of high but I guess acceptable if you're getting what you want. I have been to several other places looking to update my lighting in my home, but none compared to Burgess. I didn't make a purchase today because they had some much that I liked I just couldn't make a decision. Will definitely be going back.

I will not shop at Burgess again. The customer service was poor. On August 19, 2022, I stopped by Burgess Lightening and I purchased a crystal chandelier light. Two days later, I went on Burgess website because I needed to purchase another light and I wanted to see if they had what I needed. That is when I saw that they were having a promotional savings until August 31, 2022. Charles Riffe, the associate, did not tell me about the promotional savings. Saving a dollar here and there when you are remodeling your house goes a long way and it makes for a happier day. I was not pleased with the service.

Ms Smathers customer service was exceptional. She followed up consistently to keep me abreast of my order due to delayed deliveries do to supply chain challenges.

I purchased sconces and other lights for my home and received the best customer service you could ever ask for. My lights were back ordered and Mary called me weekly with status. In a day where customer service lacks Burgess Lighting went above and beyond. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your lighting needs

Burgess lighting is a wonderful showroom with very helpful staff, especially Marilyn, the showroom manager who has helped us multiple times. We purchased a beautiful Hubbardton Forge chandelier here and they have helped us over the years. Always with a smile, and never pushy. I love this showroom and highly recommend!

Bright, lol. Received service as soon as I entered the store. Unique lamp, yet they had the bulb. I was happy with the service and the price. Spent $5.00 at a thrift store for the lamp and almost 5.00 for the unique bulb from Burgess Lighting. Lamp and bulb work perfectly. And, they have some awesome light fixtures !!

The lights covers all styles and designs to suit your taste. I'd rather shop for furniture and accessories than clothing. A light fixture can set the tone of a space.

Beautiful and unique items. Mr.Charles Riffe, lighting consultant, was very professional and patient. The store was very clean and smelled so fresh. I mentioned it to him. They didn't have the items I wanted in stock, but were willing to order them.

Needed a bathroom vanity light for a bathroom remodel and didn’t have time to wait for amazon delivery so after visiting the box store and ikea, went in store and found a quality and unique lighting fixture!! Happy!! Will shop again!
