WARNING.......Never take your vehicle to this place. I took my car to get air fixed and when the car came home the serpentine was twisted. THE MANAGER THAT SAID HER NAME WAS KATHRYN......WAS RUDE AND SAID SHE WAS THE MEDIATOR BETWEEN THE MECHANIC AND THAT I COULDNT TALK TO HIM. MY MECHANIC SAID SOMEONE AT THAT SHOP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TWISTED BELT. THE FEMALE THAT WAS THE MEDIATOR SAID "I DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND THE MECHANIC JUST DO THE WORK". I ASKED HER DO YOU WORK ON CARS TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL? THIS IS THE WORST!!!!!!I ONLY WANTED AIR FIXED NOT A WHOLE BIGGER PROBLEM.........

BP Auto Care! The best in Forestville, MD. Affordable. Detail oriented. Ideal for all of your Foreign or Domestic auto needs. From transmission replacements to new motors they do it all. Hand car washing services also offered and limited to weather and available necessities throughout these unprecedented times. I had an EGR valve replaced in 35 minutes. Drove 200 miles already no issues! I strongly recommend this place. Tell them Kelvin sent you!

so i was standing in line at 5 am trying to buy ginger ale and blunts when the cashier accused a customer of being drunk while he tried to buy cigarettes. the customer was not driving, he was angry. oddly, instead of apologizing, the cashier started loosing it. ten minutes of religious n racial slurs between two black men from different countries. i tried to help- i used logic. the cashier went off on me and attempted to refuse service. i stood my ground and eventually he sold to me but he was rude and not at all customer service oriented. i told the cashier i was going to complain, he gave me a mean look. lol. eventually the customers friends got him in the car. cashier walked out and ironically smoked. thats all we all wanted. if u work at a store, learn the rules. ur not a cop or a parent in this capacity, you are sales. sell. mind ur business. no one in america ever got turned away from buying cigarettes because they were drunk. grow up.
