“Best car wash experience I've ever had. It's obviously pricier than a normal car wash, but my small SUV (Mazda CX5) was cleaner than when I bought it originally. Service was quality too, texting me updates on when I could pick it up. If you want to COMPLETELY clean the interior (and exterior, but I mostly cared about the inside), this is the place.”

Very respectful to women, gentlemen like men, very knowledgeable on VA rules and regulations regarding tint as I had just moved to VA and was not aware of tint laws, was straightforward and transparent about EVERYTHING, walked right in and was served with not an abnormal wait time, AND affordable! His services were very fast and detailed as he was able to correct the damages done from a car accident. “I live in another state, I have a membership at another car wash, it's called, I know the gas station and it's great, I've been a member of Sams for years and I stopped to wash my vehicle, everything was fine, the bad thing was that in the end I thought the man would clean the remaining one for me. of water but it wasn't like that, I'm used to it because where I have my membership they do it, the price is not very reasonable because with my current membership I pay 33 dollars a month and the service is unlimited, I hope they improve and are better than the competition, ? good luck”

“My car broke down during the Christmas trip to Washington DC from Massachusetts. I went to Pohanka Honda dealership today (Capitol hill, MD) and left the Car 8am to 3pm. Honda Dealership said they couldn't figure out what's the problem and couldn't fix it.
I was very disappointed and found other ppl's google review on Google map (1 mile away from Pohanka Dealership). This mechanic at M&D Auto Shop figured out in 10minutes and fixed it in 1 hour.
If you are having a trouble at Official dealership or need help, read my review and please come over here. This guy will save your day.

“What an amazing experience! Saying my car was a disaster before bringing it in would be an understatement. So I opted to go with the Ultimate Detail Plus package in hopes to get it looking halfway decent again.
I brought it in at 9am expecting it to probably take all day. At 4:30pm Troy called me and explained he was still having trouble working on a massive stain that was on the front passenger seat. I knew it would be a problem because the stain was deep and over 5 years old. He politely asked if he could keep it overnight to let it soak and to work on it again in the morning. Of course I said yes.
Let me tell you, when I saw my car the next day it was a whole new vehicle. The stain was practically gone, only being able to be seen if you really looked hard. I was shocked at how much he was able to get out. Of course the rest of the car looked incredible too. He was even nice enough to walk out to it with me and go over a few things, even getting me a piece of plastic to drive home on my seat since it was still a little damp too.
I will definitely recommend Touch Up to friends and bring my other cars here when they need it!”
