Car was towed by this company and they damaged my bumper they are now denying it even though I have photos of my car prior to them towing it AND a police report where the officer confirms no damages to my vehicle. I will be carrying this to small claims court and have filed an insurance claim. It’s truly sad how these tow companies get overService: Car towing

They did their job and towed but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Attitude for no reason I just called to ask a question as this is my first accident and the lady was raising her voice and giving attitude and abruptly hung up on me. Drunk and belligerent tow truck driver. Showed up to scene of accident wasted, trying to run random people off the road. Had to call the police on him.

Rude and sketchy as hell.Guy on the phone was very rude, one woman was polite, but the other woman was also rude.We were told they 'only accept cash' when we arrived, despite having a card reader in plain sight, but nobody mentioned this on the phone despite asking three separate times what we needed to bring.

After waiting for over three hours for emergency roadside assistance from USAA that never arrived, we struck out on our own and searched for a local towing company that was near us. We were broken down on the Capital Beltway. Delante came to our aid within 15 minutes! By the time 30 minutes had expired, we already had the car off of his truck and in the parking lot of a local auto repair shop. What a great experience! I saw the towing yard - lots or wrecks. Delante explained that their business gets a lot of calls for emergency towing after accidents and crashes. Great job, ANA Towing!Service: Car towing
