Staff is not approachable. Bathrooms aren't even open, there's no signage indicating that. I asked for the bathroom key and the guy told me there wasn't one leaving me standing outside the restroom for 5-10 mins until someone came up and finally said the bathrooms weren't even open. This store needs a lot of TLC. Aside from all of that it's very poorly organized and managed. It's not a great sign when your customers have to dodge and dip around stuff throughout the entire store. I'm hesitant to even say their hot food seems any good it either looks burned to a crisp or super dry. This place needs A LOT of work and it's disappointing that I'm not the only one in the reviews who didn't have something good to say.

This new 7 eleven has been such a disappointment since its opening. The should’ve left the old one and it’s friendly, working employees alone. They never have anything ! The slurpee machine is usually out of order, the chili and cheese is either always out or out of order, they’ll have little to no hot food prepared, no cups, straws napkins. And it seems new employees don’t want to be there. I hesitate to visit this store because I just know I’ll be leaving disappointed each time. You have lost a costumer of 5 years.

They really made this location nice after the renovation. There are a lot of products here you wouldn't find in your regular 7-11, and spacious.

This seven eleven on MARLBORO PIKE has ROACHES I'm mean just crawling on the counter right were you gotta pay for your merchandise. I seen a big one and near the hot food and a small one near the register. When I said something they literally ignored me as if they had 100% hearing loss ?? Unless you cannot go anywhere else and ONLY getting something vacuumed sealed....stay away from this poorly managed establishment.

I live in the area and was excited to patronize this new location. But the customer service is ABYSMAL! The cashiers and workers are rude. I will not be back.

This is the new location. I was given a free coupon to use for coffee. They charged me tax the rude lady yelled at the top of her lungs. That i owed 30cents! I had to tell her i was getting from friend outside. You would have thought i stole the store. She yelled so loud!!!!

They wasted money making a new, updated location and the customer service here is trash. The lady with the cornrows is always on the phone and make sure to watch her ring up your items. She's famous for double charging and making refunds complicated after her own mistakes.
