Parking is a bit complicated. Enterance and exit are poorly marked. Walking in the wrong door results in the staff giving you nasty looks and staring at you.
Edit: deducting stars for lack of cellular connectivity inside building. This is both inconvenient and potentially hazardous for several reasons. A cell signal booster would cost very little and could be easily installed.

I was filled with regrets, but now I am completely empty from every orifice. I don't know if I'll even be able to drive past this store anymore without getting nausea flashbacks. 2/10.

Poor.
I was picking up an order for a friend that they placed on line. While in the store I went to customer service desk to pick it up and was denied. Forced to go out and use the pick up service.
No reason why they couldn't have just processed it at "customer service"

This is an awesome grocery store, the ONLY thing that detracts from it is the dead zone in and about. Cannot call home or text…..otherwise it has everything you need!

Store looks nice since remodel (still on the smaller side) but prices are higher than other surrounsing stores like Redners and even Giant. Limited stock, and unhelpful staff. The staff could use some more customer service training here. Staff mostly is unfriendly and unwilling to help you find something.

I frequent this store often and every time I do, the female workers at and near the self checkout are either complaining about coworkers or the fact that people are using self checkout more than the registers. It’s so disappointing to hear. They are not very friendly either.

I had a very frustrating experience at this ShopRite this afternoon. I made a quick stop only looking to grab five or six items, one of which was 1/3 pound of swiss cheese from your deli. One other customer was there but was literally putting his items in his basket when a man asked for my order. I explained all I wanted was 1/3 pound of swiss cheese. He proceeds to write something down and tries to hand me a placard and I asked what was this for. He said we're pretty busy right now and I'll need to come back later for my order. I find it pathetic that I'm the only person at the counter getting five/six slices of cheese and these 'to go' orders are more important than the person standing in front of you.

Love food. This place has so much food. You can't go wrong if you're looking for good food. But don't go down the candy aisle, that stuff ain't good for you and stay away from high fructose corn syrup!
