Amazing pizza, best I've every had. Sauce isn't overwhelming but never too dry. Flavor is consistent and perfect. Inside seating is nice if you want to eat in instead of at home.

Ordered some pizza and bread sticks for $7 each, hell of a deal. I asked for 4 garlic sauces (dollar a piece) and some ranch. I get my order in a timely fashion. Didnt receive the sauces, the thin crust was like a saltine cracker, it tasted bland and overall was horrible but the breadsticks were good. This is the reason i do carry out. Everytime i get delivery they always forget the sauces. I will say this is the first time the pizza was bad, but it was horrible.

Ordered thin & crispy super supreme. Pizza had NO flavor and pizza shell was like cracker consistency. Paid $19.50 for medium but the quality was less than supermarket $5 frozen pizzas.

I went there to pick up an order one evening at 6:30. I was terrible exhausted, my mother had passed away very recently and I just wanted to get in and out. Well, apparently that evening their oven burnt everyone's pick up orders and they were in panic mode trying to remake everything. I stood there with many other people. I was too tired to go anywhere else so I waited. Slowly, people were given their food. I went up again and asked about my order and the manager on duty said it was being taken care of, so I paid for it figuring when it was done I could exit faster. More people left and I asked again and they were going to check, very well knowing they didn't have anything for me for whatever reason. At this point it was 7:30. They asked if I wanted my money back! The manager mumbled she could put a $10 or $20 credit in my account (wow you think!) but I didn't look back. I felt I deserved a huge apology, which never came, so I left there one hour later, emotionally and physically drained and no dinner for my husband and I. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Pizza is very good. The restaurant is neat, but so sad; it used to be such a nice experience for families, now you order your pizza at the front and they'll bring it to your table.Also, Saturday 12/10/23, no wings/broken wings maker and no fresh salad...on a weekend.Just sad.

DO NOT GET PIZZA HERE! Low quality and high price. Top 3 of WORST pizza I have ever had. No sauce, burnt cheese, high salt. Just awful.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, cheesesticks, and a few sides, and it came to $48.02, and I gave a $7.00 carryout tip. Picked up food at 5pm. Returned home and noticed cheesesticks were wrong, not what the picture has on the internet, and I had to cut again (5 times), and were very dry. Both pizzas were HORRIBLE. One was undercooked (pepperoni), the other overcooked (burnt on the bottom). Spoke with Mindy (General Manager) at 410-638-0505, and she was very rude and said "are you serious?", making fun of me. I hung up.

First time I ordered there crab cakes had no taste, were runny and no seasoning.Cannot compare it to tambourino's at all!

Don't know why others are disatisfied with this Pizza Hut but we found the food to delicious and hot, with friendly staff and our order was ready on time.
