Please note - I DO NOT LIKE shopping for clothes or shoes. However, I have found Kohl's to be friendly in store and the online ordering process to be as close to painless as possible. My recent trip to Kohl's went quickly (picking up an online order) and stumbling over a pair of reasonably priced shoes that came home with me. I will continue to shop at Kohl's despite not doing a lot of clothing or shoe shopping because I can find what I want and they have such lovely sales!

Coupons were for almost anything in store, now it is only for Khols products
Bad decision. So coupons are worthless. Only used to get you in store

If you want the best service at the Forest Hill Kohl’s store 1330, I advise you to go to the upstairs registers to check out your goods.
Donna D, upstairs, in particular, because she was extremely helpful, courteous, patient, thoughtful, and friendly. She is the kind of person whom you want on your team. She’s a keeper!
(Downstairs cashiers were neither friendly or helpful, sadly.)
