My family has gone to them as long as I can remember. They're basically family! They are so sweetest and so helpful. Always there to help. You can tell they love their job and every animal that comes through the door. I moved about 30 minutes away but still make the trip to Forest Hill. I recommend them to everyone even those who are a little further then the area. My number one choice!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. Not professional AT ALL!! Asked basic questions about a procedure my dog may have needed and was completely dismissed and told by the vet to just "let me do my job" with a passive aggressive attitude. Was no longer comfortable with leaving my dog in his care then or ever! Would never recommend.

The owners are so very responsive and if it weren’t for their quick responses and care, my cat wouldn’t have had the outcome she did. They were able to detect cancer after two visits and give the diagnosis within a few days after the ultrasound. She passed away peacefully at home but if it weren’t for them, she’d be very sick still. I highly recommend for the care and the fair cost of everything.

Would give 10 stars if I could switching from over priced belair vet to these people... These people care without talking advantage financially...like my belair vet did... I went it without an appointment and the people at forest hill were beyond helpful...

We have been to this clinic now on three occasions. I will continue to return with my dog and any other animal I get in the future. We have been to five other veterinary clinics in the area. Each has squeezed or pockets dry. The one in Cardiff treated my dogs ear lice for years with just the powder that stops the itching. She never once used medicine to kill them. I only discovered this by accident after talking to someone at PetSmart, when I noticed the powder. Because of the vet, we were under the assumption that the powder was the medicine and that's why we were paying so much for it. At Hickory, the staff is very pleasant, but they charge for every little thing at hyped up prices-especially prescriptions. I could go on with the rest in the area, but instead I just want to sing my praises for this place. I am so impressed to see a vet and the woman at the front desk truly care about my animals-and me. My dog has to be on a medicine for the duration of her life. It's twice a day. She doesn't like it and I will sometimes forget to give it to her twice a day. After explaining this to the woman at the front desk, she searched until she could find a one-time slow-release pill. She figured out which amount of pills per bottle were economically the most beneficial. I ordered those and an hour and a half later she called back to tell me that she continued to search and found an even better price for me. I was shocked that a clinic would go out of their way like that. That wasn't the first time. I have never left a review for any place before. I thought about leaving some that have left a bad taste in my mouth, but didn't. I really felt I should leave this one, so anyone looking for a vet in the area, can get the best care and price. I don't understand why everyone is not using this facility.

I'd give a zero if I could. My local vet couldn't take in my cat when he was sick and dying, which is another feeling entirely, but we had to call every emergency vet in the state and tried some in a neighboring state, all of them were booked up. When you feel as though your animal is suffering, you want to make sure that they are as comfortable as they can possibly be in that moment. When the receptionist answered the phone, she went to check her schedule after I explained what we needed, and upon coming back on the line to get more detail I heard a male voice in the background asking "what is wrong with the damn cat". She then put me on hold again while I was in complete shock at the unprofessional language that I was hearing in reference to my cat, and when she came back on the line, she conveniently had no availability. My husband eventually reached out to Homeward Bound in Belair, even though it is a trek for us, none of that mattered, and they got us in without hesitation, although we are not regular patients at that veterinary hospital. They treated us with the utmost respect, and such loving care, where we had to eventually put down our boy today. This place on the other hand...... You could not pay me enough to take any of my fur children to this despicable establishment.

I wish that I found Dr. Saad and Mona when I first moved into the area. I literally went to every other clinic in the area before taking my beloved dogs to Forest HIll Vet Clinic. I have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars and lost multiple pets to bad diagnosis' from other practices. It's a tough pill to swallow when all you want to do is ensure your pet's well being. I feel as though I have placed my trust in all the wrong hands until I came to this clinic. If you want a vet who truly cares about your animals and you also want a front office staff that doesn't have a pre-madonna attitude, I endorse this clinic 100% and I only wish that I had found them sooner. You will discover immediately that this practice opened solely for the benefit of the animals in the area and that's what we all hope for to find, isn't it? This practice is one of the best gems in Forest Hill.

I had an appointment for my male Pitt to be neutered next month, May 18. My dachshund is pregnant ,and other pup needed vaccines. So as I call to get my 2 dogs seen today they informed me they will not provide anymore services til all my dogs are spayed and neutered. As they are the ones who set up my appointment for my Pitt to be neutered knowing the other 2 needed service before his neuter. Dr Hamady's mother is the office manager and is the rudest, most unprofessional woman I have ever met. Not sure why they refused to see the other2 knowing they need to be seen before my male Pitt neuter was done. Obviously the office manager doesn't do her job well knowing the other 2 needed seen before his neuter. So my new vet now informed me theirs no difference in the amount of meds per pound of the dog for 1year n 3 year rabies other than vets only do it every year to put more $ in their pocket as Forest Hills is doing. I'm so glad I changed vets. I am a very responsible pet owner as I do have 3 females spayed, and was in the process of getting my males neutered, but my new vet will be doing vaccines and both neutered for a much lower cost! Also at least my family and pets will get the respect we deserve. It's sad this vet office has lost many clients due to the Drs mother being the office manager n so rude to people!
