“A True Example of Kindness and Dedication
I want to give the highest praise and heartfelt thanks to the manager, Dan at Homesense in Bel Air. I had accidentally left my wallet in a shopping cart, and as a mother of four with very limited resources right now, I was absolutely devastated. I assumed the worst, thinking it was gone forever.
But the manager immediately stepped in—not only did he search every cart inside the store, he even checked the carts in the parking lot. He reassured me throughout the entire situation, promising to contact me if it turned up. His kindness alone gave me a glimmer of hope in a moment of panic.
Miraculously, an honest customer found my wallet and returned it to the store. Without hesitation, the manager ran outside to find me—not knowing if I was still there—and personally returned it to me. I was overwhelmed with emotion.
In a time when I’ve been facing more than my fair share of challenges, this one act of integrity and genuine care meant everything to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Homesense is lucky to have a leader who treats people with such compassion and urgency.

“I love Marshalls no matter where it is. ❤️ This one never has a long wait, and I'm always in and out. The sales are great and the prices are nice, next to thrifting Marshalls is not that bad”
“I do curbside pickup when I order online here. It always goes smoothly and it is a nice service to have. The only thing negative I can say is that the prices seem on the high side but then again everything these days is doing nothing but going up in price. As a specific example the dog food I bought 2 months ago is now $6 higher today than it was then!”
“The manager is wonderful and very accommodating. However, I did have a bad experience today with the self checkout. I still love this store and couldn't rate them badly based off of my one bad experience. I do hope the manager does have a conversation with the employee who provided the nasty experience.”

“Love Walmart!!! This is a good store, they have stocked shelves and there are some very friendly employees that are there to help with anything, even if it isn't their job to do. All employees are generous and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable.”
“I arrived at the place during the rush hour of the day. I was looking for a suit for my 5 years old son. I found a few suits left over from Easter Sunday. The place was busy. The lady was also willing to show me other kids' suits. The dressing room was messy, just like Marshall's. Anyhow, I bought two suits. Again, the evening was still a pleasant experience since the ladies I've asked help from was helpful. I will come back here.”
“Yeah, honestly, this Walmart was pretty solid. Great parking, including handicap spots, which I used. Super easy in and out. The store itself was big and had pretty much everything I needed. Chill vibe, no rude employees at all.
The guy at the pharmacy was awesome. I had a specific question about some medicine, and he actually came out from behind the counter, opened the door, and walked me over to show me exactly what he recommended. Super friendly, very helpful. The lady behind the pharmacy desk was nice too, just really laid back.
Even the other customers seemed chill. I didn’t really talk to anyone, but there was no weird energy or anything like that.
Found everything I needed quick. Auto section had a good selection. I was in and out fast, no issues. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of too.
Also, when I was leaving, one of the employees offered to take my cart for me, which was cool. Small thing, but appreciated it.
All around, just a calm, convenient experience.”

“Please note - I DO NOT LIKE shopping for clothes or shoes. However, I have found Kohl's to be friendly in store and the online ordering process to be as close to painless as possible. My recent trip to Kohl's went quickly (picking up an online order) and stumbling over a pair of reasonably priced shoes that came home with me. I will continue to shop at Kohl's despite not doing a lot of clothing or shoe shopping because I can find what I want and they have such lovely sales!”
