Items were priced fairly cheap and they had a very large selection. 10/10 would recommend swinging by if you have the chance”

“I had quite the experience. I was trying on close when a police officer knocked on the door and needed to enter to check and see if the shooter was at Macy's, I was eventually escorted out of the building due to Active shooter.”
“I do curbside pickup when I order online here. It always goes smoothly and it is a nice service to have. The only thing negative I can say is that the prices seem on the high side but then again everything these days is doing nothing but going up in price. As a specific example the dog food I bought 2 months ago is now $6 higher today than it was then!”
“The manager is wonderful and very accommodating. However, I did have a bad experience today with the self checkout. I still love this store and couldn't rate them badly based off of my one bad experience. I do hope the manager does have a conversation with the employee who provided the nasty experience.”

“I arrived at the place during the rush hour of the day. I was looking for a suit for my 5 years old son. I found a few suits left over from Easter Sunday. The place was busy. The lady was also willing to show me other kids' suits. The dressing room was messy, just like Marshall's. Anyhow, I bought two suits. Again, the evening was still a pleasant experience since the ladies I've asked help from was helpful. I will come back here.”

“I excitedly purchased a 65 inch television for my new home. Anticipating this new accent piece for my living room is all I had in mind. I paid for it Tim (very courteous and helpful young man) assisted me from the register to my vehicle (a Subaru Legacy). Once we arrived, I just knew without doubt, the television would fit. Tim assisted me with trying to get it into the car UNTIL it wouldn't. Disappointed but still hopeful, Tim went for assistance and came back with Dominick (Walmart Twins). They work patiently and effortlessly to get my product in the vehicle; secured and all. While they could have left me to figure it out, they instead went above the all of duty providing exemplary customer service; making me a very happy/satisfied patron.

“Please note - I DO NOT LIKE shopping for clothes or shoes. However, I have found Kohl's to be friendly in store and the online ordering process to be as close to painless as possible. My recent trip to Kohl's went quickly (picking up an online order) and stumbling over a pair of reasonably priced shoes that came home with me. I will continue to shop at Kohl's despite not doing a lot of clothing or shoe shopping because I can find what I want and they have such lovely sales!”
