This location of CVS is absolutely amazing. They are very efficient and quick with checking people out and making medications. I highly recommend this location to anyone in Harford County! Today, Meredith in the pharmacy made my infants flu medication promptly without me asking. She was very compassionate and kind without hesitation. The pharmacists there are always very helpful and friendly and even help at the drive thru.

I recommend staying far away from this pharmacy. I have actually filed a formal complaint with the Maryland board of Pharmacy. It is dangerous the way they conduct themselves and their business. I was blown away with how incompetent the entire staff is and how lightly they take the huge responsibility of handling people’s medication. I am not kidding when I say it is scary, something truly needs to be done.

My girlfriend has been followed around store multiple times when simply just browsing for whatever she was shopping for. I myself have experienced a very shrewd elderly lady who works behind the front counter talks in a condescending way towards customers. We all together just stopped going there.

Would not recommend going here. It’s almost impossible to speak to a representative directly and when they do, they have terrible people skills. When trying to have scripts transferred from them to another pharmacy, they left the other pharmacy on hold and never faxed the scripts.

I would give Zero stars if I could! Pharmacy staff is so rude!! Arrived to pick up a prescription, was told in the drive thru they need 10 more minutes, no problem, but was asked to pull through the line as to not hold up other customers. No problem again, I did ask they asked and pulled in again after 10 minutes and a car in front of me was allowed to sit there for 20 minutes to wait for their prescription. I couldn’t leave the drive thru line because of the car in front of me and another behind me. The car in front finally received their bag at 1:28 and as I pulled up, the pharmacy staff shuts the gate in my face and says they are closed for lunch at 1:30! I go inside, explained the situation while 3 pharmacy staff are still working behind the counter and not on lunch break. They say registers are “shut down” and can’t help me. I had to ask for a manager to get involved who accessed the same registers I was told were “shut down”. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The CVS in Fallston is hands down a million times better!

If I could give 0 stars for the pharmacy, I would. I had many issues filling prescriptions and could never get ahold of a staff member to resolve. I left a few voicemails with no calls back. I ended up requesting to transfer everything to a different pharmacy. CVS marked them all as transferred, but they never made it to the requested pharmacy, CVS could not tell me or the new pharmacy where the information went, and could not resend.I’m now left with unfilled maintenance prescriptions requiring me to contact my doctor and/or make a new doctor’s appointment to get them filled at the new pharmacy. Complete incompetence.

I was in CVS , Rock Spring rd on Oct. 3, around 3p. I was buying sodas and a candy bar, my cashierMai pointed out that the sodas were buy two get one free. As I continued to check out she noticed my CVS receipt from the pharmacy and asked if I any usable coupons, she proceeded to help me save 2.00 on my sodas.Mai was a light on an otherwise dreary day. I have to say I have had similar situations as others have had with this pharmacy, but the last few months I feel like they are making a concerted effort to be more understanding and much much more helpful to their customers…several employees and the pharmacist also have gone above and beyond to assist me with issues with my insurance company…thankfully I have a new one now but regardless they seem to me to be headed in the right direction! I also believe honestly that if you present like a j*** then you deserve to be treated like a jerk…let’s all just take a breath before we freak out about things…

I made an appointment to get a flu shot for Saturday at 12:00. I received several text messages confirming my appointment and text messages reminding me of my appointment. On Saturday, another text message telling me to "check-in" on their website, using the link on their text message, acknowledging that I have arrived at the store. After "checking-in" using their app, I wait in the store at the "vaccination station". After waiting 10 minutes, I go to the pharmacy counter and inquire regarding my 12:00. The clerk says "he'll look into it"?? It's an appointment for a simple flu shot. Does your store even use your own appointment app? "Wait at the vaccination station. Someone will be there soon." Five minutes later a person walks out and says "we are unable to give you a flu shot today." Idiots. What a complete waste of time. Then I get another text message asking me to make a new appointment. Really? I'm finished with CVS. Rite-aid across the street from now on!

Customer service is a -10. We went to pickup a prescription that was called in from a surgeon, RX was not ready and the main concern of the employee was taking his lunch break. Then had to have the Dr call CVS only to have to pick the RX up after the infamous “Lunch” break . Definitely that last time I use this pathetic pharmacy

applied for a job. waited and waited and waited and waited...NO RESPONSE. i called and emailed...NO RESPONSE. Not a way to run a business. if you post an ad and someone takes the time to respond...you should be held to the same standard as well. i've been to this location a few times as a customer. if this is how a person is ignored before hiring, then i can only imagine how people feel that already work there. i am taking my business right across the street to RITE AID.

I can't understand why the employees are so unprofessional. Really poopy attitudes. Like children who have had their XBOX taken away. Two young men and one female pharmacist are polite, always, but the rest need training in compassion. Why would CVS allow this? Easy to solved issues go unresolved. Unfortunately, my company has an insurer contracted with CVS or I would shop the Walgreen's pharmacy. Walgreen's Pharmacy is very professional.

worst service Susan the new pharmacist is a rude horrible person who is on a power trip. refused to fill my medication that I had been filling here for over a year with no issues. Accused me diversion with no grounds and said my dose was too high in her opinion. She embarrassed me and humiliated me in front of customers and should not be allowed to be in a position to deal with anyone in a health care setting. completely ridiculous and unprofessional behavior. Zero respect for patients privacy or anything to do with customer service.

The customer service is unacceptable.I went to pick up a prescription and arrived at 1:29 pm. I stood there for 30 to 40 seconds and employees just looked at me. One of the employees who always has a frown on her face went over and started to shut the window as the pharmacist told me they are at lunch from 130 to 2. This CVS does not have customer service at all. If I could give it a negative number there would not be a big enough number for it.
