I took 2 homecoming dresses to be cleaned. Both dresses smelled sweaty/ like BO. I picked the dresses up and there was no change in smell. I requested to be re-cleaned or a refund. Both request were denied. I am out $53 for nothing. Lady was rude and did not offer any solution.

Excellent customer service, quick turn around. I bring all my husband's coats every year to be freshened up. Have had several alterations and dresses tailored to fit perfectly. Have been a customer for 10 years now. Highly recommend!!Service: Alterations

Do not use this dry cleaner for any apparel of value. Ruined a $160 silk shirt. My cashmere looked extra pilled after taking my sweaters here as well. My dress still had all of the small stains it had when I dropped it off to be "cleaned." Very disappointed. Will not return. Decided to order a ton of The Laundress products to self clean everything at home.
