Made a return and obtained a refund from an online purchase; extremely fast and successful.Great sales throughout the store and items in the required size were a bonus. In addition, I was able to complete a new online purchase to procure the items returned in a larger size at a cheaper price ?.”
“Normally I would have rated BRF a 5; but, I was disappointed by the few options in sizes L, XL and XXL. There were entire racks of clothes and the sizes were only XS, S, and M. Please don't become one of those stores that only have options for the smaller sizes. It will kill your business because if I visit a store several times and don't have options, I will stop visiting that store. Others will do the same.”
