My daughter started at Wee Care Best a few weeks ago and we have had a great experience! The staff was so understanding when I was struggling with the transition of maternity leave. Mrs. Bridget and Mrs. Starr are both so sweet and genuinely care about the little ones

It's a "daycare" ...... about all I can be positive about. Would I recommend to friends or family, absolutely not. If I were paid a referral feeI still wouldn't. Nice people.... yes. Though completely incompetent and zero organization. Pick my child up and its like Where's Waldo everyday. What room, where's his bag, might I get lucky and get HIS jacket instead of another child's. Even when his name is clearly written on it. . Nice teachers don't make up the lack of attention. Hard to say but after a few years going there it's only constantly going down hill. Today 1 week later after posting I expected to be asked to remove this post. No, instead I pick my child up as normal scrambling and searching for his jacket and things that are hung or thrown wherever. He still does not have his own personal hook with a name to put his things.. my child's belongings are literally thrown for a free for all. Assuming he has his own diaper on and its actually the RIGHT way and not backwards, he still didn't come home with his blanket. I realize everyone's struggling for help ... but this is child care, not mcdonalds.

As of October 2020, our family has sent three children to Wee Care Best, starting at the infant stages, all the way through to the school age. Wee Care Best has been absolutely amazing for our kids and our family, and I couldn't imagine having made it through, not only the last 3 years, but also through the COVID Pandemic, without the school, the teachers and staff, and the flexibility, responsibility and tenacity of everyone associated with the schoolWCB is constantly providing feedback on our children, and educating our kids, and us as parents, on ways to improve their childhood. Our kids love going there, seeing their friends and teachers, and we feel as though we can trust anyone that comes into contact with our kids there. The teachers love our kids, and it shows in the way they've grown and developed. The facility is constantly being improved, and we've never once felt worried about the cleanliness, especially during the COVID pandemic.WCB Handled COVID with minimal interuption, taking the proactive steps to stay open as much as possible for essential workers, while other centers closed, or failed to do the right thing to stay in business. WCB made our family feel as though COVID was merely a blip on the radar and became about the only stable and consistent thing in our lives during that time. We've gone down the route of having a daycare that we compromised on in an effort to maintain stability. It blew up in our faces. WCB was there to rescue us from that muck, and our kids and family are so much better for it.

I currently have 2 children at Wee Care, my son started when he was 2 at the direction of his speech therapist because he couldn’t talk. He had Miss Shawn and within a month he was talking in 4 word sentences. He was only going part time and begged to go everyday, so now he is full time and in the PreK program and lovesss it. My daughter is 9 months old and was extremely sick for all of her life, at one point had a feeding tube. They worked with us, her homecare nurse and nutritionist. I get a call from Miss Debbie, Miss Carlee or Miss Danielle right away if she isn’t meeting her feeding goals. I don’t trust just anyone with my kids, but trust the girls here so much. My daughter just spent a week admitted to the hospital and everyday i got calls from the teachers and the director asking about her. They truly love my kids as their own.

My sister just took a tour of the place, following with her we noticed several things.-Teachers pushing and yelling at kids to get in line.-Expired certificates.-Talked about emergency procedures, then proceeded to tell a story about not following fire procedures.-Excessive cellphone use.-Terrible job maintaining the building. And this is only the tip of the iceberg.

Well I posted a review on Facebook. But they deleted it. I guess they don't like the truth coming out. This is more of a post on how the management treats employees, and how they cover up things that happen to children in there care. They actually do hire anyone willing to work for the least pay. Yes pass a background check but do what you want after. They have had teachers nod off from drug use in front of kids and still not fired them. A teacher had pelled a kids hair. And nothing was going to happen. Only when the state got in e, then did the worker actually get fired. I wouldn't trust my kids to be left there.

This daycare covers up abuse of children so that they’re md excel number doesn’t drop. The owner “Sherri” will probably say she has no record of me connected to the daycare. That’s what she says about everyone that leaves a bad review, I assure you I am connected to the daycare. 3 of my 4 children have gone to this daycare and my girl friend worked for them for about 3 years. She had to report abuse of a child to the state due to the director “ Angela “ and multi center director “Jody” not doing anything about the reported abuse of a child and trying to sweep it under the rug. And only write her up. Once the state came they were forced to fire the employee. They also employed her sister who would use drugs and nod off and sleep during the day, they will keep anyone willing to show up and work for 12$ a hr. They often use the threat of the owners husband being a lawyer to get away with whatever they want. Trust me you don’t want your children in this daycare. It’s often a free for fall , the amount of drama between the “teachers” is enough to keep your kid out of this place and any daycare that threatens a employee for doing the right thing and the lawful thing of reporting abuse to the state to be investigated is no where you want your Child. Do yourself a favor steer clear of wee abuse kids.

Angela and staff have provided a safe and loving environment for my 2 children for the past 3 years. All of the teachers and aides have been wonderful to provide a structured environment conducive for learning and I’d recommend them for any children.

I am a former client and employee of Wee Care Best, inc. Finksburg. The center is clean, well organized, and well supplied. All of the teachers and aids there love all of the kids, I've worked in and had my children in other Daycares where they teachers only knew their own kids in their own room. Here every teacher knows every child by name, and cares for each one. My Daughter has some special needs and Ms. Starr (the school age teacher) was wonderful with her and made her feel super safe and loved!!! The director of this center, as well as the executive director of all the centers are wonderful Women, who go above and beyond for their teachers, and the children in there care. Although we are no longer with Wee Care Best, inc. I still recommend it to my friends and neighbors who are looking for child care.
