I took an equipment trailer in to be inspected and the entire experience was top notch. Ryan got me an appointment quickly and the inspector, Barry, was simply fantastic. I failed twice before passing but Barry talked me through exactly what my issues were and what I needed to repair in order to get my trailer fully functional. I very much appreciate the honest services provided. I left knowing more about how trailer brakes function and with increased confidence in my rig. I will absolutely return when I am in need of truck or trailer services.

W & W Tire and Auto Services is an excellent shop!
We had two vehicles inspected here recently and both times our experience with team members was professional and informative. Kyle, the technician, explained recommendations clearly and answered questions thoroughly. He was so nice and easy to engage with. Kristy, shop owner I believe, is lovely and such a joy to interact with! I very much enjoyed chatting with her. The inspection price was so reasonable at $74.95 and from scheduling to check out everything was simple.
The shop has a large customer waiting area with a restroom that's very clean. There is coffee available and a television as well. I was able to bring my laptop and continue working with ease.
We sincerely appreciate W & W and look forward to returning. Thank you!

My food truck kept shutting off on me I just had a bad experience with the last mechanic so after searching for a few weeks I found W & W and they are amazing very honest people. When he gave me my price I was shocked at how affordable they are compared to others. Very honest people I recommendyou try them when you need a mechanic.

This business was refered to me because I have a tall modified van and it needs a big lift when service. I had a weird noise coming from the van's motor but vehicle was in good condition to drive (I had been driving it like that for few months) I was advise to leave there for diagnostics. 2 days later they called me and told me I had a code "miss firing" Tim said I needed new spark plugs and coils, I said they had been replaced a year ago and he said that sometimes they go bad. I said, fine get it done. 2 days later he called and I quote " I found the problem, that made the problem" I said whats that? He told me that the car's computer the ECM was faulty and it was causing the miss firing. I said ok, lets get it done. 3 weeks went by and they couldnt get the part then I asked where you getting it from, they were getting it from an online vendor and it was a used part. I told them to give me the part# they were trying to get and got it that same day at a local junk yard. I deliver the part and they replaced it, they outsource the programming to a company called SOS and they came out. The ECM was not compatible because it was not the same year, now they told me they needed a ECM from 2016. I got them the ECM, the programmer came out, the van will not start, auto thef engaged, now the van was not driveable at all, wouldnt even come on with the original ECM. The programmer said I needed a new ECM module and that miss firing would be gone and that it just had to be a new module from the dealer. So I said to W&W you made purchase 2 modules and the one that was good does not start the vehicle, not happy but lets get the new one. I waited 3 weeks for part to arrive from dealer. They call me and said van was good to go, no lights in dashboard, noise still present, they told me I had to drive it so the board will learn. As soonest I parked the van at my house the light came back, noise present. I took it back to them and they told me the will do a compression test, 2 days later they told me the MOTOR was faulty. When driving home from there I noticed that the hood rubber seal was not installes back and a really loud noise was coming from the motor, this was new noise. The van its now home unable to be driven because of the really loud noise. They charged me $3800 for spark plugs, coils and ECM. Nothing fix, nothing refunded for their mistake. They wanted $12,000 for a new motor that will take out of a dodge charged to put in my ram pro master. The lady working there lies everytime. Everytime I called her she said "ohhh I was about to call you" the third time she said that, I knew she was lieing. She kept on saying that to me other times when I call. The guy Tim is an older guy and was always sitting down when I went in the back. They are very unprofessional. NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS. I do not recommend, hurts to give them 1 star. They caused my business a great deal of financial stress. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I was in town for 2 days selling an RV to my brother because the RV was registered in FL it needed to be inspected. We called everywhere and no one could get us in for at least 3 weeks. I called W&W Tire & Auto Services on a Friday morning and spoke with Ryan and told him our situation he asked if we could be there by 10am. When we got there Barry did the inspection for us he was very nice and thorough during the inspection he talked with us and explained some things and even gave us some maintenance tips. Everyone was very friendly and really helped us out. Thanks Ryan and Barry.

Awesome folks. Mr. Tim provided a quote for 6 tires installed and balanced for our motorhome. We made an appointment and the tires were installed that day. The price was even slightly less than his quote which was a pleasant surprise. They have earned my trust and I will only go to this business for all my tire and repair needs. True professional work.

Fixed the issue that had my check engine light on, but they put a dent in my truck. Would leave 4 stars for their expertise, but they’re giving me the run around for the damage.***Edit 02/07/23 They did not fix the issue. Check engine light came on for the same code 1 week ago.
