“Have used this location twice. Once to rent a moving van and another time to rent a hand truck and furniture pads. Both times I had a great experience. The van rental had very detailed instructions and was a reasonable price. The second time, Delano helped me, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and assist. I drive from the city to this location because I believe they are the best and it’s worth the drive for the peace of mind and smooth service.”

“The process at the counter was great and the guy was very pleasant. Only problem I had was another customer had issues trying to figure out her own details. I guess it was her first time. Her truck they gave her was blocking in my truck. They told me she will be right out but she wasn't. I had to go back in there to ask what's going on I needed to leave! So finally after 15-20 minutes the woman that was helping the lady finished with her and came and moved the truck for the lady. That's what I asked in the first place. She could had ran out to move her truck so I could leave. That was very inconvenient on their behalf and I should had gotten extra time for being held up. Not sure if I would recommend this place if the staff doesn't have the courteousness to use common sense to satisfy all customers not just one customer.”

“First, reservation was fast and easy and check in went smoothly. When we got to our destination, we realized the truck was too small. We drove back to Home Depot/Penske and asked for the bigger truck (which is normally much more pricey). They not only gave us the bigger truck with no hassle, but charged for the original truck and only for one round trip, not both. Outstanding service and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction today. Thank you.”
