The first time I came here was to put my dog down. They were compassionate and kind. I will never forget the way they treated us in such a difficult time.I am happy to say that I have returned with 2 kittens and the service is still exceptional! A special shout out to Dr.G and Katie for always taking time to answer my questions and give my pets lots of love and care!

Dr. Gividen has taken care of my fur family for many years and has always been there for us. He cares for my fur kids, my parents fur kids and my brothers fur kids. He is compassionate and truly cares for your animals as if they were his own and he is very honest, we trust him fully. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing! The staff at Rollinghills are wonderful and treat us like family!

I emailed 2 times, and called 3 times last week. The lady who answered the phone all 3 times could not careless. She told me all three times, she just needs to check something and will call me right back, never heard back. Absolutely pathetic!!! Steer clear from this place.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The doctors and staff are wonderful and you can tell they really care about your pet and making sure they receive the best treatment possible. They are incredibly supportive, through good and bad times. I've been going here for years and can't see myself going anywhere else! Thank you, Rolling Hills!

I can’t say enough good things about Rolling Hills! Dr. Gividen and the staff are so friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My dogs are my kids and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for them. They truly treat the animals like their own. I am forever grateful to have found them! If you are looking for quality care, this is the place to go!

Dog visit for rewrap of broken leg with Dr D, who I didn't see during this visit. I was told 40 min and don't go far. 90 minutes later were finally leaving!! ? No one explained why it took 90 minutes instead of 40 minutes?!Dog slept and rested rest of the day. We went out to dinner for a few hours and my camera showed very little activity. Arrived back home and cast/wrapping just slipped off dog's leg!!Next day back to vet again! They charged for redoing wrapping and sedation again!!Obviously, the first vet did not do a good job or it would never have never fallen off that quickly!!For the inconvenience and poor quality there should have been no charge!

We've been taking our cats to Rolling Hills for some time now and initially were pleased. Dr. Gividen and Dr. Sutton are wonderful, caring, concerned about our pets. However, some of the office staff are difficult and unprofessional. Recently, while calling to make an appointment for one of our cats, I was informed we had to 'pre-pay' before the visit as we'd missed four appointments. I was stunned, and when asked for the dates of the supposedly missed appointments they could not give me any info. We live 5 minutes away from the hospital, are retired so have free time, but most importantly we hold both Drs. in high regard and would not just skip appointments. I did learn, however, one 'missed' appointment was the result of my car not starting. I had our cat in his carrier, in the car, when it wouldn't start I called them immediately. This was a 'failed' appointment and was penalized. The office manager was impossible to speak with, and when I was informed I was 'not allowed' to speak with Dr. Gividen or Dr. Sutton I was stunned. She also suggested we take our business elsewhere.. We've spent considerable money there over the years as we want the best treatment for our cats - but the management 'style' is questionable. We hate to move to another hospital but unless this issue is resolved unfortunately we will be leaving.
