I don’t particularly like the practice of inspecting my car for everything that I didn’t bring it in for, because hear me out. I have been charged for this by Previous shops and I feel like they are trying to upsell me when I just want my car fixed.. Jeremy convinced me that they actually do this at no cost and for my benefit. They had to buy extra tools just to diagnose my car, no extra cost to me. The part I needed for one of my repairs were not available locally so they did a work around to keep me going until the part comes in. Every thing that Jones auto care did for me was straight up, pricing was correct and I believe I have found an honest and talented repair shop that cares about treating people right not taking advantage of them.

The customer service found at this place is unmatched. They are thorough, honest, communicative. Recently had an old truck given a minor overhaul. I basically told them to fix what was needed, giving the opening to squeeze alot of unneeded repairs out of me. Not only did they not do that, they helped me keep the costs down by researching special parts. And never pressured or bullied me. These are good guys. Use them.????

First time using Jones but I will be back! Great communication, fair prices, and a spot on estimate. Didn't try and haggle with me about getting more work done than necessary. Car runs great after their service.

Needing a car repair while out of town, is stressful. This recently happened to me while visiting my daughter. Fortunately, I knew where to go for help. Mark and Jeremy and their staff are one of the finest car shops I have ever known, and at age 75, I've know more than a few. These guys are impressive. They are honest, thorough, respectful, accessible to talk it over by phone, and just a super place to take your car to for repairs. I will be bringing my car here again, on a future visit to Finksburg, Md.

Thank you for your excellent and prompt service when I brought in vehicle because brakes were getting very soft. Was kept abreast on the status of repairs and all that was needed was brake fluid to be changed. The car now drives very well. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Jeremy and his team continue to provide superior services. I would highly recommend Jones Car Care for your automobile needs.

Only Mechanics I trust. My family has been going to Jones for yrs with no problems. Just got my Chevy Cruze back a few weeks ago because it had a few leaks. They got my engine cleaned off,found where it was leaking from and took care of buisness. Other shops in the area refused me service because they said there was to much fluid build up and they couldn't see anything. Took it to jones and told them my issue and they had no problem cleaning it up to find the problem. They are honest and Courteous as well. I highly recommend.

I am incredibly pleased with the work they did on my brakes today!! I had to stay & wait for my truck to be done as I did not have a ride home. Free soda's ☺️ & coffee!! A nice quiet atmosphere to sit in & I could plug in my phones!! Mark was patient with me as I had to get my family to pay for the job!!
My brakes had gotten so bad I was afraid to drive my truck.
Brakes are new & working wonderfully!!
