They accept EBT and you have to make purchase of $5 and above to use a payment card otherwise pay with cash. Always busy, so plan to spend a little time extra if need be . Nice, friendly staff and a good place for grocery shopping too.”

“The Owings Mills Aldi (Valley Center) is a great place to shop for good quality food at rock bottom prices. I really like their store brand multigrain bread, 70% dark chocolate, fresh green beans and Brussels sprouts, low-sodium chunky chicken soup, fresh salmon fillets etc. With that said, you do want to keep an eye on the package pull dates to make sure you get the freshest items. Bring some spare boxes in your car for storage because they don't have any grocery bags at the store. And you will need a quarter 25 cent piece to unlock the grocery carts (you get it back when you return the cart). Crazy good savings, fast efficient service and high quality food make this place a winner!”

“I was there today doing my 5off 25 deal, the cashier seemed to be a little bit overwhelmed because many coupons where not coming off properly, but he was still kind and respectful. The PIC Brandon and the cashier have fantastic customer service skills, they patiently checked with me to make sure everything was okay with my purchase, from where I am there are probably 6-9 other DG and I decided to spend my money in this specific store because I don’t pay to go get my stuff and get treated like garbage. And this store is awesome ?”

Every other grocery store I have been to has sticky floors, a lot of empty holes where they are ordering from the office, or are not doing their product updates. “I've been shopping at this Giant location for 15 years. I've been happy and pleased all this time. The only issue I've come to encounter personally is their unfortunate lack for a selection of organic meats as I only eat organic and non-GMO foods. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. My 80 year old parents have received wonderful attention and assistance when shopping there as well. I highly recommend this store.”

“I absolutely Love this little store iv been coming here atleast 3 times a week for the past 16 years for my diet cokes and the deli food and to bother Miss Janice the store manager she is just so awesome and down to earth such a fun person to talk to,and shannon who has been there along time as well she’s very friendly and such a sweetheart and a kickass cook and well all the ladies are but i choose shannon or janice to make my food,yes they have a deli and i must say there sandwiches and food is all kickass!Be sure to try a scrapple egg and pepper jack chesse on a wrap they are out of this world shot iam going this morning and getting myself…Thanks ladies!”

“Small, local, family operated, great customer service. The green vegetables are so fresh, rich in color and reasonably priced. On my visit I purchased collard greens for .99 cents per pound. Kale was priced at 1.49 per pound but they were all out (2/4/23). At Giant Kale is $2.99 a pound right now! Not a huge selection of lettuce. They only had romaine in a package. Fresh herbs priced at 1.99 a pack. Loose potatoes, onions and tomatoes reasonable priced. Huge selection of Hispanic snacks, seasonings, canned goods. Some are the same you'd see in the grocery's store but there's a nice selection of seasonings and sauces I've never seen before. There's also small kitchen and butcher. I haven't tried that section or the food yet but next time.”

“This location in particular is pretty decent. Parking can sometimes be tight in the lot since it's located in a shopping center on busy days/weekends. I normally don't have an issue with finding the items I need and I've only gotten seafood from the counter so I cannot speak to the deli or meat counter. There have been instances where a lot of the self checkouts would be closer which led to long lines for the cashier aisles but it happens every so often. This location also has a PNC branch inside which is convenient as well.”
