Tom at Electronics Unlimited is fantastic! I got two jukeboxes (so far) from Electronics Unlimited and I couldn’t be happier. My jukeboxes were 100% in working order (they didn’t even have any burned out light bulbs) and delivery was on-time with a crew of professionals. To top it off, Tom and his team are really nice people who genuinely care about their customers and their work.

Celebrating 10 years since my first purchase from the “Coin-op Doctor“! Always my first call and will be very disappointed when Tom opts to hang it up. He is personally to be credited with countless hours of family fun time! Thanks again, Tom, for keeping our classic humming.

Tom was able to fix my star castle video game after being broke for about 5 years also he repaired our 1969 rockola jukebox. We also bought a pinball game from there and it works fairly well for being 45 years old. We think it’s got a mind of it’s own though sometimes overall the price for the house call was a bit high but Tom did a good job and I would recommend him.

This guy came to my home and charged me over 300 dollars and fixed NOTHING. rude as hell called my slot machine a pos..not realizing it's a mills collectors item...only 2 in the entire USA. Don't use this guy!!. Write me and I'll pay you to use someone else

Buyers beware, bought a working pinball machine that showed up a month late not working. Called the seller and they basically told me to go away, it wasn't their problem and find someone else to fix it. Foul tone and language and hung up on me, one star rating because a negative star wasn't a choice

I owe a great deal of my sanity to these guys! Between Brenda and Tom, I've had a great experience. Tom drove all the way down from the office to my house in Columbia to check out my pinball table, which hasn't worked since the Reagan administration. He noticed all the corrosion and was very honest about the repair cost. I asked if they bought back tables and he quoted me a reasonable amount (considering the damage). He and another tech actually came and picked up the table!! Brenda was amazing over the phone, too!!!!

Tom is great. Coin-Op Doc is an understatement, he's a Board Certified Coin-Op Surgeon. He is prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. His prices are amazing for the knowledge he brings to the table. He's very personable and explains what's wrong, then before you know it, it's fixed. He's in demand, so there's a wait. But he is absolutely WORTH THE WAIT. I won't have ANYONE else touch my machines now. My hobby so much more enjoyable now knowing Tom is out there to maintain my small collection. I'm actually back in the market for more machines knowing Tom is able to fix whatever I might obtain. Thank you Tom! And thank you to the lady at the shop who's always helpful when I call. I appreciate you both greatly. You guys rock!

First time using him. I thought he was very good at fixing my Jukebox. I was out of his area of travel, about 1.5 hours drive. Very nice man explaining what all he was doing (fixing the Pin Bank, and servicing). Coming to my place again this week for a different problem I'm having with my Jukebox (just stopped working). Will keep getting him if needed. Very nice to talk with while he was working on my jukebox explaining what all he was doing. I will be calling him once again for a service call to oil/grease parts needed as a yearly maintenance since I don't use it that much.
