“Nice dealership with professional staff.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.

If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.

Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.

Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

“The Detailing Duo of Jason & Jen did a fantastic job on our new to us X5. The paint was in worse condition than I had originally thought when purchasing at the dealer. It was only when we saw it in the bright sunlight did I see just how bad it was. Jason recommended a full stage two paint correction followed by a ceramic coating. I also wanted the interior rejuvenated. After Jason started on the car, he advised that the interior was not all that bad and refunded that part of the project. That's honesty for you! I was kept in the loop the whole time they worked on the car and communication was excellent. I did not know anything about What in Detail Nation and found them through a Google search of detailers in my area and am glad I did! Frankly, it was their website that sold me. I figured if the website was that good and comprehensive, imagine what their work will look like. The X5 turned out spectacular and looks finer than a new car. He's fixed my cars every single time I've damaged them over the last 5 years and he's done an amazing job. He never overcharges or tries to upsell services, he's always communicative regarding delivery timelines and service completion timelines.
