“I went to the Drive Thru ATM and made a deposit of $20.00 and it kept my money with the screen reading "It did not detect any money," I called the CS they gave me a Provisional and told me to go into the Branch in the morning and when I went into the Branch (Owings Mills Md) they treated me with such professionalism acknowledged the ATM Error said they had the repair tech on the way and took care of the situation.....This is ANOTHER REVIEW: I went to the ATM again 12/28/23 and the same thing occurred with the ATM Drive Thru. It was a little after 4:00pm and I saw the Bank Employees so I drove up to the window and honked my horn. The Employee WILLIAM came to the window and on the speaker and told me that they were closed it was a little after 4:00. I was so saddened because I needed to deposit my cash. I asked WILLIAM what he suggested that I do and WILLIAM SAVED THE DAY!!! He told me that the Walk-In had an ATM in the Lobby. WOW THANK YOU WILLIAM YOU ARE A BLESSING!!!”
“Great location! Although I hate M&T (they kept buying out whatever local bank I was with so I finally gave up and just stayed with them), the staff at this location are great! My debit card wouldn't swipe anymore and I was leaving on a trip in a few days. Oluwadamilola Adeiye patiently helped me get a new card in time for my trip even though I was kind of freaking out, and was very skeptical that it would arrive in time. When ordering my new card she noticed I qualified for a personal loan. She helped me navigate the process so easily and, with all my debt consolidated, I'm now saving a bunch of money and only have one monthly payment that is paid automatically through my account! I came in with a little bit of stress about my card and left feeling great about my finances!”

I mostly engage with the tellers, not the customer service area but everyone is nice and professional.About others posting comments of discontent, if you feel you get less than stellar service, approach the manager and work it out. Don’t come online and gripe as that never gives the bank the chance to make you happy.”
“I went to Bank of America Eldersburg branch yesterday. I got to get some of my money transferred yesterday from one account to another. They handled everything professionally and patiently when we had to change something from talking to someone else because we had other things in mind and we didn’t want to talk publicly about it. When first coming here to apply for my debit card it was a nice experience with everyone being nice about what we had to do along with telling us how and what does the debit card do along with what can we use the debit card for. And when we had to apply for my credit card they handled it professionally with telling us what can the credit card do, how can it be use and when at a certain limit (card limit) we can use it for. The experience at this place is really nice with people that are professional and can handle everything.”
