I bought a gun from their website. It said on website they will be in touch with me> That I will get an email. Nothing arrived. No one called me. On inquiring they say they said they are short staffed. And when I went there to pick up my gun. The gentleman behind the counter was " Eating his sandwich" . I asked that should I wait for him to finish his food. In nonchalant way, he said " No I can do both at the same time!"Sir, it is impolite and un professional and unhygienic to do it!But price was okay and I got what I wanted.Though manners of people at store leaves a lot to be desired. Hence 3 stars.

Just sold a weapon here. The owner, Dan, treated me with respect, didn't act as if he was doing me a favor. I spent some time browsing their inventory & asking questions after the transaction. Unlike so many gun shops, they didn't seem eager to finish up the transaction and rush me out the door. I will certainly be a repeat customer, selling or buying.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. I recently went to pawn my shotgun & i had to ask to be serviced in an EMPTY store with 3 white gentlemen… its a big sign outside stating “BUY & SELL, ANYTHING OF VALUE” but i was told “we arent taking shotguns right now” lol okay ??

Mike and the Owner were very friendly with me. Mike helped me with my decision in picking out the item I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had. Mike made me feel at ease and I felt no pressure to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this location for all your purchases! These guys definitely know how to treat a customer right. I will be back for sure.

I have read all of these reviews all I can say is I am a female and have entered the store on numerous occasions with my close friends who were also females of color and we've gotten nothing but top notch service. I have purchased 2 weapons from this store and will continue they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have purchased a few guns from Baltimore’s best and have had great service. The guys have answered all of my questions and have been very helpful. They know what they are talking about and offer great advice and guidance on the laws of maryland. While I was waiting for my paperwork to go through I witnessed the staff walking a customer through the entire process of what it takes to purchase a handgun. The customer had no idea what to do. They recommended where to take classes, the forms to fill out and even gave him some basic advice on handgun safety. I highly recommend Baltimore’s best pawn if you are in the market for any type of firearm.

I finally found a Gun Store that has excellent customer service and friendly, beautiful combination. I wasn't sure what I wanted, they were very happy to answer any questions I had. Folks if your in the market for a Firearm definitely stop up there you will not be disappointed.

This is the best gun shop in Maryland, these guys are very helpful and very nice too, I will never go back to continental firearms again! I highly recommend these guys for all your firearm need!!! ????
