This was our first time using them and is was extremely easy. We rented one unit entirely online, It took ten minutes, mostly because i am slow on the computer. When we needed a second, I thought I messed it up so I stopped in to talk to Kelly. She had already cleaned up my mistakes and had the second unit ready. Great company , great personnel and very efficient.

Needed a storage unit and Moove In Self Storage had the best online prices. The online rental process was easy as well. The number for the gate entry code was random and hard to remember so they called me within a hour of renting online to change it for me. Unit was clean and easy to find.

I started with Kelly 4 years ago after my father died. I just couldn't part with his belongings. Kelly was so compassionate. Since then, she's been so helpful with anything I've ever needed. Today was no exception when I wasn't sure what key, if any, fit into my unit. Her knowledge of locks and keys made an endless process minutes. I'm so thankful for her!

We have used storage facilities in several states and we have never had such a great experience as we did last week when we rented a storage unit at Moove In Self Storage in Finksburg. Kelly was welcoming, knowledgeable engaging, and efficient. She helped us select the right space for our needs and we were able to start moving things in that day.The storage building itself is clean and well kept and we are very happy! (We also enjoyed all the dairy-themed puns!) Thank you, Kelly!
