“This is a great Royal Farms for customer service. However, it is untidy as all the other Royal Farms I have been to.
The upside, and the reason I traveled 20min to get here and passed many places on my way, they have ETHANOL FREE gas. Its hard to find and much better for lawn tractors than regular gas.
The young man, COTY, that answered the phone & helped me when I got there was extremely helpful and friendly. At 12:30am that place was jumping but he didn't skip a beat. A major customer service plus for him. Customer service is a huge part and it is definitely lacking all over. But Not here!”
