I’m honestly shocked this post office didn’t get better reviews. I’ve lived in fallston for 16 years and started faithfully going to this post office to regularly mail packages (I would resell my college textbooks, sell things I wasn’t using anymore on eBay, and regularly mail out letters to friends who live far away) and I VERY rarely have a problem, but even when I do, the postal workers are always exceptional and get it resolved for me. They are all extremely sweet, professional, and hard workers. I never see them working slow or being lazy, they’re very efficient and have great attitudes. About 7 times I had to ship packages internationally, to places like India, Israel, and Japan. Each time, excellent service and amazing speed considering how slow customs can be sometimes! I’ve never had an international package get lost, each one reached its destination.Recently I got married and moved to Belcamp, and even still I make special trips 30 minutes to this post office opposed to Bel Air or another one closer when I have important things to mail because I trust it so much. The mail always seems to reach its destination faster when I drop it off at this post office, and I don’t lose nearly as many packages. 10/10 post office. Amazing staff, always clean, many services available, and cute location that makes it feel like a small, intimate town.

They mark your packages as delivered but don't deliver it until a few days after. Trump should've defunded and closed the Post Office. UPS and FedEx do far better.
