I've been to this place a few different times already as my car isn't exactly in the best condition. Each time, they've been extremely helpful, friendly, fast, and honest. It's unfortunate that people have to worry about businesses taking advantage of them, but I guarantee that Schultz is not one to worry about. They're good people. “As local junk haulers in Harford County we are in and out of the landfill all the time and run over nails and screws all the time. In the last week we took to of our trucks in for screws in our tires. They were able to patch one and on the other one the screw didn’t go all the way through and no patch was needed. They could have charged me for the screw that did not go through tire, but did not. I’m grateful the good honest business still exists in Bel Air and will continue to use and recommend tire village for any tire repair or replacement to my friends, family and clients. After the tech explained to me about the importance regarding, not plugging this due to safety, I purchased a used tire which was almost new. Over half the price cheaper. Very professional and fair.

“I had a great experience at Mr. Tire thanks to Daquan! I came in with a flat tire that I had already tried to patch myself without success. He gave me a fair quote for a new tire, but when I couldn’t find my wheel lock he patiently patched it for me free of charge and it worked perfectly. A week later I got another nail in a different tire and went back. I never made an appointment either time and he handled it quickly and efficiently. Daquan is kind and genuinely helpful. He does honest, high-quality work and I can’t recommend him enough! I really appreciate the excellent service. They have a customer for life!”

“I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.”

“I scheduled for an oil change and the morning I was dropping off the car, the radiator sprung a major leak. AutoWerkes evaluated the issue and replaced the radiator the following day. That is, fitting in the repair immediately into their workload. I purchased the BMW 335i from them in 2016 and they continue to be my sole source repair shop. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, committed to maintaining the car, and I enjoy working with them.”
