I have been to Serene Nails twice and both times have been a great experience! Kristy is fantastic and gave me a beautiful gel mani pedi. She is an absolute pro nail artist! The facility is very nice and clean.

Today I came here to get my nails for my birthday and this has to be the worst pedicure I’ve gotten . The paint job is so sloppy and there is paint all over my cuticles. The man who did it was sooo rough to the point where he cut me while cutting my cuticles and I started bleeding. I asked for a cotton round or paper towel to put alcohol on the cut and when this lady walked by she said oh no it’s fine . How is it fine when I’m bleeding. A different lady did try to come over and help the man by cleaning up the paint over my cuticles but at that point the damage was already done . This was my first time here and is definitely my last.

They are always accommodating even if you are a walk-in. My nails have never lasted so long! The place is clean and friendly. I have visited many, many places over the years. Top notch!

No one was particularly friendly but they did a great job on my pedicure and the prices were very reasonable. The man took his time with the nail shaping and they turned out looking really nice. Also I never felt pushed to upgrade to gel or dip which always seems to happen elsewhere, so that was refreshing! Overall good experience will return.Service: Pedicure

I’ve been coming here regularly for about 6 months. My schedule has been crazy and it’s tough to schedule nails ahead, but I was in desperate need of a new dip! I called last minute to see if they could take me. They said yes, took me right away, and my nails look awesome! Thankful to have this salon in Fallston!

First time here. I called ahead and they said they could take me right away which was perfect. However, after I got there, multiple walk-ins came in shortly after she started my nails, so then the rest of my service was rushed. My nails turned out okay… two woman started pedicures while I was getting my manicure. I then sat down for pedicure and my pedicure was soooo rushed. My pedi was done BEFORE one of woman who had been sitting for pedicure the whole time I was getting mani and pedi. Also, she didn’t ask if I wanted an upgraded pedi service, although I’m glad she didn’t now because service was so rushed anyway.Disappointed because all the other reviews seem so positive.Services: Acrylic nails

By far the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I actually just walked out! From the time I walked in the door the experience was terrible! The woman sitting at the front asked me if I had an appointment and I said that I did not and she acted as if me being there was an inconvenience. She told me to sign in and wash my hands. It was a struggle signing In on the tablet and there was a delay. Then a male tech approached and told me that when I finished washing my hands go pick a polish, and then spun the tablet around like I was inconveniencing him and taking to long. Then pointed to the back and said wash your hands and pick a polish. I haven't been to this salon In many years and had no idea what I was doing or where to go. He sat down to do my nails and my fingers were a little tense and he said "Stop pulling away" I apologized and said that I am just a little tense. He said You can't do that" ( I never actually pulled away, my hand was very tense)he looked away to speak to another person and filed my skin, which made me continue to be tense. He took off my polish, put on the acrylic to fill in my nails in the growth areas. He then he got to the hand file. He filed my left hand and started my right hand. He got to my middle finger and cut me with the file. I jerked my hand and He looked at me and said in a very nasty manner "You can't do that!" I told him that it hurt and he cut me. He said this is not sharp I did not cut you. Do you want me to finish or not! I got up and said I'm done! I have never been treated so disrespectful and rude! He said "you need to pay" I took 20.00 out and tossed it to him. That's about all you did. He followed me out the door yelling, take your money and threw it outside at me! A customer that was walking in picked.it up and put it in her pocket. I have never been treated so terribly in a nail salon. I am so upset after being treated like this. I am a business professional and I could not imagine one of my team members treating a patient in this manner. I wish it would allow me to post a photo. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have gone to this nail salon for years. They are extremely friendly. They have a wide selection of colors. I always love my nails!! They are super flexible and will go out of their way to find a time they can do your nails. By far best nail salon ??Services: Polish removal
