I've been with Melissa for about 3 years. I was in an auto accident around Christmas this past year. The accident wasn't my fault and I was due my refund from my deductible.Melissa personal stepped in handled my claim and got my 500.00 dollars back. We had Frank Baldwin for many years as our agent and he was the best. However, when he retired, we were automatically assigned to Melissa Marmen. Since she took over, we have moved our car insurance to another company because she did not respond when we asked for her help. We still have other insurance with State Farm and again recently tried to contact her, with no response. We have requested a change of agents.

I called the office because I needed to add a different vehicle to my policy they were very friendly, they gave me a good quote and I found out everything I needed very quickly on decidingon purchasingthis vehicle.
