“I have been a customer with this agency since 95. Recently I had I had a claim for water damage in my basement when I had a leam. The process has gone smoothly and the restoration company that was sent out EcoClean has done a good job.”

Not only was I able to get better car insurance-including more than my previous provider. She was patient, understanding, made my time feel valuable & navigated each step of the way. Whether it’s your first auto policy or 29th, Lori gave her expertise and explained in a way to help her audience understand than most people you deal with. I wasn’t talking to just a company, but a human being. Someone who cared. Even when it became time for the bad news, I was not mad or irate with Lorie (sorry in advanced for the spelling) because she handled it with care and explained every detail I had questions about. If your supervisor read these reviews- you deserve more. Whatever you’re making, add another 0 and it’s still not enough. Lori you are absolutely incredible. This isn’t enough but hopefully you will be recognized and appreciated. Normally I say I do these surveys/reviews but don’t commit to doing them. But, I would not do right by you in silence Lori. “My car broke down at the Maryland House rest stop not far away from here and I was pleased with the help I got. I was driving from MD to NY. Had to wait a day for the part and the service, but we were towed there right around when the shop was closing (4:30-5ish).
I will say this is a busy shop and they did not call me for updates, I called them. However, when I did, Scott and Dave were extremely helpful, patient, and gave me honest updates all along the way. I thought I’d have to stay an extra night, but they went above and beyond to rush order and replace the fuel pump in my Camry- and that involves a decent amount of labor. Cost was on the higher side of the spectrum, but honestly that’s what I’d expect from a center close to 95.
