Been there twice recently. No one offers to help you at all. I was looking for a specific item and was in there at least 15 minutes. As I was leaving, someone asked if I needed help. Nope. My husband recently went in looking for a cane. After standing around for a bit, he was asked if he needed help. When he said he was looking for a cane, the person pointed to an area of the store and said, "They are over there.". I'm being generous with 2 stars.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They do pet meds, too and many times have things that the big box stores have been running out of. Great to have a local pharmacy!

This pharmacy is terrible. Had a rx called in here and spoke with Diana who had a bad attitude. I called 3 days later asking if it was ready, spoke with Diana again, who said, "WE call YOU," but then put me on hold, then someone else picked up and said, "I'm glad you called, because we have a question..." Then fast forward a few months, had another rx called in here, they said it'd be ready "tomorrow morning," so go to pickup that evening, and it's not ready. And then they closed for the day. So have to go back again tomorrow. I'll give benefit of the doubt but 2 out of 2 times they've sucked so I'll never come back here. Plenty of other pharmacies to go to.

Exceptionally friendly staff that are always willing to help and competently answer any questions-unlike the big box stores on every corner. Definitely great to have money stay local, help a small business and always have a nice experience.

Refuse to sell even curbside service medical Devices/braces.Cant get an appointment because your medical problem is non essential Go to buy a brace out your own pocketYour pain and swelling is non essential.Horrible company.Would exoect better froma pharmacy especially one that specializs in medical equipment

It's such a refreshing change when you finally find a local pharmacy that treats you well. After years of dealing with the big, impersonal chains and all the problems that come with that (such as them always being out of my medications, being rude, long wait times, etc.) I will only go to Fallston Pharmacy now. They know me by name, are always 100% polite, kind and respectful, always have what I need, and work hard to make sure I'm ok. They really went over and above today in particular when I ran into issues with my insurance, and I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they put in to straighten it out. Consummate professionals plus respectful, kind human beings wins over nameless rude big biz every time.

The staff here is always incredibly friendly and informative. Everyone goes above and beyond-from the techs, pharmacists to the wonderful and helpful check out clerk who is always so kind. This is why you support local business, you're more than just a number and the care and service you recieve is genuine. You will never be lost in the shuffle here, and the courtesy you're treated with by the staff is not experienced often, if at all anymore. #shoplocal

Yes this Pharmacy is in the middle of Fallston and it has friendly Associates and a pharmacist that also will go out of her way to make you feel adequately taken care of!
