Teena was great in the beginning of the sale. I got a good trade in for my old Jetta and was looking for a Passat to buy. I found my car I wanted here for a good price and I was happy with my selection. Things really went downhill after the sale was completed and they got their money. It was a hassle to get everything completed on the car. It has been 3 weeks and I had to show face in order to get a confirmation that they will even give me a 2nd key with them trying to tell me that my car wasn't even certified pre-owned and it wouldn't come with a 2nd key until they had to re pull my VIN to verify they owed me it. Teena goes to the manager to ask if it is certified and he just shrugs his shoulders while spitting tobacco in a cup. There were scratches on the car we agreed to getting fixed prior to the purchase and 3/5 were properly fixed with what looked like an added scratch on my driver side door when I got it back from buffing way too hard. Then on top of everything the cars battery is low from sitting and died while I was driving and I had to come in for them to handle that issue and they didn't want to handle any of the cost for a car I bought less then 30 days ago at first until I stated the very short time it has been since I had it. Basically everything before hand was great but the back half of this purchase is very frustrating and I’m taking a day out of my schedule to get a car with 40000k miles serviced less then 4 weeks after I bought it.

I have had the worst experience with this dealership. They will lie to make a sale and they are not responsive. Brandon sold me a car and told me that I couldn't purchase the vehicle without the "Premium Plus Appearance Protection" because they apply it to all new and used cars. He explained that scratches and paint chips are covered, I found out that neither of those are covered. Fast forward a couple months, my financial institution is contacting me because they did not send the title and despite the many letters that were sent to this car dealership, they have not responded. I have contacted their parent company, sonic automotive, and to no surprise, no one answers the phone or emails. All in all, I have had the worst car buying experience and I now regret purchasing my vehicle from them. I wish I could give them no stars or even negative stars. Don't waste your time or money. Beware of the "Premium Plus Appearance Protection", it is a scam.

Tina is a rock star. I called to see if a used Jeep was available and she had it pulled and ready before we got there. She was juggling 2-3 buyers but never let anyone wait long. She get everything done, detailed, and SOLD. Go see Tina if you need anything. Thank You for being great.

She helped me find the car of my wife's dreams. She was so emphatic to my wife as my wife's family is dealing with health issues! I can't say enough about Teena go see for yourselves!!

Found my dream vehicle to be a second vehicle at a great price online at this dealership. Submitted app, was contacted the following Monday morning. Received multiple alerts indicating credit was hit by dealership. Got a callback requesting paystubs, provided requested documents. No follow up. Reached out to the salesman and was advised sales mgr would be contacting me soon. Received additional alerts indicating credit was hit again by dealership. Salesman contacts me requesting additional information (employment status, additional paystub/salary, etc.) and inquires about my salary. I advise him that I have been employed with same employer for 5+yrs, he then says the salary entered into application didn't add up. I inquire how and I further explained the application explicitly indicated gross income, not net income and so that's the figure that was entered into the application and also volunteered information (already public knowledge) advised him of increased salary effective Nov 1. He says sales manager or him will followup soon. No one reached out to me from that point, and I am still receiving multiple alerts further damaging my credit yet no vehicle, no followup, nothing. All this and I never even got to test drive the vehicle (dealership is about 40+ miles from my house hence why everything was done online). Would not recommend this dealership!

Contrary to what Google Maps says, they are not "permanently closed" They just changed their name from "Cook VW" to "VW of Fallston". I got parts there May 2022. Surprising for a dealership, oil and filter there was cheaper than Amazon.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. This dealership is full of scummy salesmen. Even a person worked there for 4 years said so, he said they try to avoid any warranty work as much as possible. Went there to buy a used vehicle, filled out the credit application, had 4 thousand to put down, but they chose someone who didn't even have any money to put down. They wouldn't even accept my credit application. Pretty discriminatory if you ask me. - 2 days later Brendan calls me and says he has another car I would be interested in, I told him I'm buying from another dealership. He continues to tell me I should buy from them, and not a non VW dealer. I told him I am buying from a VW dealership, just not theirs. He told me in these exact words, "You might know how to shop for cars but it seems you don't know manners." Then he continues to argue with me saying "I actually think its funny a 21 year old with an onlyfans is trying to tell me we are scummy." Did not know Cook lets their employees not only talk to customers like this but argue with them? Good thing I'm a Paralegal at a law firm right? - As you all can see how defensive this dealership gets when someone bad mouths them, must be because they don't want people to know the truth... Smart people will see through their bs. (: Good day to all!

Purchased a used vehicle in 2018. At time of purchase the vehicle's driver's side seat fabric was significantly damaged. Was assured by salesman that the damage could be permanently repaired. Within months the repair had failed. The dealer agreed to repair the repair. Within months the repaired repair had failed again. Despite the assurance of the salesman at the time of purchase that the damaged seat could be permanently repaired, the dealer has declined to further address this recurring issue. The damaged seat appears worse now than before the multiple "repairs" provided by the dealer. (6/2/2021) Update per "Owner's" response to a thread on another review site, which framed my review as an "experience from 3 years ago": This is an ongoing issue that has been a problem FOR 3 years, which the dealer has never satisfactorily resolved; it is not an issue FROM 3 years ago. Unethical business practices, lied about pricing, kept trying to rip me off on a VW I was going to buy but I said NO DEAL, and you should too. Avoid this place, much better dealerships to buy from that aren't sleazy.
