“This is the ONLY Avis/Budget I’ll ever rent from ! Although it took several days for me to finally get into a vehicle , it wasn’t the employees’ fault . Between technical errors with Avis/Budget systems & miscommunication of accepted forms of payment , Phoebe stuck in there with me the entire time & went beyond the extra mile to make sure things worked out in my favor in the end . If the awesome family atmosphere doesn’t lock you in , the astonishing customer service definitely will . Everyone has a unique experience with everything we tackle in life , but it’s ultimately our personal perspective of things . Instead of focusing on the 15 bad things that happened during my experience (because of Avis & Budget , not the staff) , I’d rather focus on the 5 great things (because of the staff) . Negative feedback isn’t always necessary & some of these comments are absolutely absurd ! I can’t believe I went to the same place as some of these people which makes me think it was more their fault than they’re owning up to . The staff here is wonderful , they provide excellent service & help any way they can . Anyone reading this , please don’t allow someone else’s “bad day” to determine your choice of this location . A “nice , well mannered” individual isn’t going to have the same experience as a “disrespectful or ignorant” individual may have . Im just saying ?‍♀️ lol . Keep up the good work team ! You’re doing GREAT ! ?”
