I have worked with this company for over 10 yrs. through many projects I have had in my home, they are the most professional & friendliest people I have met. They took all of my ideas & plans & they turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I have no idea what Mary is talking about real names, this company has been in business for over 20 yrs. I would 100% recommend them. I promise you wont regret it!!!

this company was last reviewed years ago. It is important to do a background check when hiring a contractor. Make sure they are using their real names and also get everything in writing or you may end up in court.

I used B and M Restorations for some water damage/clean up at my home when my upstairs bathroom flooded. They came out quick and in a hurry. They set up fans and dehumidifiers, identified the leak and repaired. Excellent customer service and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

100% would recommend B&M. Their service is professional and prompt. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a leak in my kitchen, and they came out same day within 2 hours. I was so grateful for the prompt and excellent service.

I did not need their services after Mike came out and looked where my leak was and explained what needed to be done. He saved me hundreds of dollars. I bought the part and fixed it myself. They are great honest people that care about their customers and their needs. Quick turn around time and everything is done by the book. Free estimates and work with your insurance company. B & M Restorations recently completed restoration of our kitchen, in a home originally built in 1903. The project proved more complex than we anticipated and included removal of several layers of flooring, replacing and sistering of deteriorated and/or compromised joists, mold mitigation and removal, design and installation of new cabinetry, granite countertops and flooring. Troy Dillingham did a wonderful job with fixing my 3 leaky toilets, removal of sump pump and installation of new sump pump and replacing the outside hose bib that was leaking and installing a shut off valve for the outside hose bib under the kitchen sink. Troy was very friendly and personable and made sure that all the work was done to my satisfaction.Service: Plumbing

Kyle and his crew were very efficicent in coming out ASAP when my basement flooded back in July but towards the end of the the final stages of fixing and replacing everything that was damaged Kyle himself halfassed the remaining things that had to be fixed. I tried to call and text him numerous times but it seemed like as soon as the company received the check from the insurance company they disappeared. Just make sure that everything is to your satisfaction before you hand over the insurance check!

Everyone was GREAT. They worked with me to clean and restore my parents house. They were efficient and appropriately priced. And they navigated sometimes difficult family dynamics like the pros they are. Can't recommend strongly enough.
