I highly recommend Autowerkes for your car maintenance. I have a M5 & X5, they have done a fantastic job servicing them both. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship is truly commendable. I will definitely be returning for future services.

Was extremely pleased with the service from Jim. I arrived in the late afternoon he stayed late to help me. I picked up the car 3 days later and had been extremely pleased with the entire experience.

I depend on my vehicle everyday for my job and when a repair is needed the staff at autowerkes are alway accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and explain in detail what needs to be done, I highly recommend and trust them.

I had my car at another shop numerous times and they were unable to resolve my problems. I brought my car to Autowerks and it was fixed correctly and in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the experience here. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back for future service. Thanks for fixing my car.

Brought our 2021 Audi Q3 in for oil change. Tech found a small oil leak during inspection. Took several pictures of the leak and advised us to go to Audi for warranty repairs. Not once saying we should fix out of pocket. Hard to find a service shop you can trust now a days, but I think we found one. We will continue to use Autowerks for all of our european cars.

Autowerkes makes buying cars fun. The owners and staff take great joy in cars and matching customers’ needs to the appropriate vehicle. Our 9-year-old, 100K miles car required an expensive repair and, due to changing family circumstances, we preferred to buy a new-to-us vehicle. We test-drove some cars at Autowerkes. We selected a brand and model but preferred a newer car. Sergio and Jim enthusiastically focused on getting the right car for us. They found a few that we might have gone ahead and purchased. But that wasn’t good enough for them. They persevered and indeed found the perfect car for us. We’ve had it for a couple of weeks and we love it. Thank you Autowerkes.

I just bought a car and I’m already having problems. There’s lots of paint nicks, one the size of my thumb, but I do understand that’s on me for not looking closer at the car. The main issue is my car is drinking gas like an alcoholic, I’m currently getting 14 combined and the combined for my M235i should be 26 which you can look up on google if you’d like. I also checked the fuel gauge to make sure it wasn’t just the computer going crazy; I made a 7 mile round trip and used a whole gallon, so the computer is pretty accurate. I contacted my sales consultant Jim when I bought the car, really nice guy by the way, I was then told they didn’t know what the problem could be and that they would try to figure out what was wrong, so I waited a week and nothing happened; I contacted Jim again and still no idea for a fix. Jim asked me to trouble shoot the problem myself by using up what gas I had left and topping it off and see what the computer said after that. I followed the directions and even reset the computer before I filled it up just to be sure, but it read 14 as before. When I bought the car I was stoked about it and Jim really impressed me with his performance and good attitude, which seems to be lacking at most car dealerships you go to now adays.
I’m quite young and the goal was a car that would be good on gas for work and college, but the car is not meeting those goals.
I will update if the issue is resolved.
I finally decided to bring it over and Sergio helped me out and solved the problem. It just felt like nobody believed me
