Excellent customer service! Dropped my car off at the shop, took only a week to get done, and looks brand new. Left me some extra touch up paint, vacuumed my carpets, and attached all my old modifications to the new bumper. Would definitely recommend!

Pro Auto Body is incredibly professional in the way they approach their customers and their business. The work they did on our car was on time, and exceeded our expectations. The awards, that they recently received, are clearly well earned.

Let me start off by saying that every person I interacted with at All Pro Auto Body was incredibly kind. That’s about where my compliments end.In January of 2023 I got into a car accident. Erie (our insurer) recommended the shop. We had a previous positive experience with this shop and decided to use it again. I ended up getting my car back in May of 2023 after about five months. At the time, the insurance was threatening to cut off my rental because we had passed “reasonable repair time”, and All Pro stated that the delay was due to the need to get parts from elsewhere. We ended up paying nearly $700 out of pocket for the rental. After an investigation by the insurance company for us to get reimbursed for our out of pocket expense, it was discovered that All Pro did not actually take the car apart until APRIL of 2023, almost three months after the adjuster quote was issued by Erie. We were told by All Pro the entire time that the reason for the delay was their own lack of resources to complete the job. All Pro did a great job on the work itself, but I won’t be back to support them. After seeing the documents from the insurance company investigation, I feel like I was actively deceived by All Pro for nearly five months. We ALSO had to pay out of pocket to fix the breaks that were making noises after we received the car back from All Pro. At the time, All Pro told us they weren’t sure why the car was making noises. A separate shop informed us that the breaks were destroyed and several bolts and other parts had not been tightened or installed properly. This was AFTER five months of waiting for the car itself to be returned to us. PLEASE support them with caution.

All Pro Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car! They worked well with my insurance company, did a fantastic repair and had the car back to me more quickly than I expected. The inside of the car was cleaner than when I gave it to them. After they were finished, the front end was as good as new. The people are friendly and cooperative and I can't recommend them highly enough.

David and the rest of the staff resurrected my jeep and I couldn't be more happy with the results. They kept in contact with updates and in the end the jeep turned out beautiful - like new! Overall was a month and a couple weeks but just due to backorder of a lot of parts, nothing on their end. Highly recommend. They were recommended to me by an Enterprise Rental employee and I could not be more appreciative.

All Pro Auto Body - Fallston has been a pleasure to work with while repairing my Mazda. I was recommended by Heritage Mazda - Fallston to ask for Dave. From the first moments of meeting Dave, he is now my new best friend! Dave is professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He kept me informed and gave updates when need be, as well as when he was going on vacation and who (Joey) would be handling his cars while out. As for Joey, a (Sweetheart), made sure my car was completed, including a complimentary detailed car wash and interior cleaning. As a Woman, All Pro Auto Body made me feel reassured that they're are good, honest, and reliable auto body mechanics that take pride in their work, and in the way that they handle their customers concerns and questions. Extremely poor customer service and not honest with their work. I got a quote from 4 local bodyshops to repair a small scrape to my car. All were within $200 of each other. I chose All Pro because there estimate was in the middle and they were closest. The repair was supposed to take a week. I called after it being there a week to find out it was ready, and was told it was an extra $1000 to repair the damage on my bumper that they didn't see during the first estimate. No work had even been started.Posting a photo so you can judge for yourself if you think they are honest or not. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED!!!!

This Autobody Shop is the best there is! I near totaled my car and they repaired it immediately. My car looks brand new and runs better than it did before. The team there is very professional and I highly recommend them if you want to get the job done right the first time!
