If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. It’s doesn’t matter if they are short staffed or full staffed they make you wait long periods of time. This pharmacist on the picture is very nasty towards customers.

Store workers very rude and operating in discriminatory practices. Workers played ignorant acting like they did not know what a restroom was. As a customer, felt very disrespected. DO BETTER.

went in to get some vitamins yesterday and a few bottles of things I wanted to buy were expired like expired from January of 2022, as I looked around I found numerous items on the vitamin shelves expired for a year or more.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I was assaulted in this store on Thursday, October 19th at roughly 6pm. All because the pharmacists claimed my doctor didn’t send them my scripts. My doctor did in fact send my scripts. I have record of them sending them at 4:05. I went to this Walgreens after having kidney stones removed. A small amount of empathy or understanding would have been enough. Instead the tech lied and said they never received my scripts. Which they did. The tech made several racial slurs towards me. The police even were involved. I gave them my information. Willingly! I did nothing wrong. I was allowed to leave. I do not intend on using this Walgreens again but I want and deserve an apology. I could have been hurt. I received a text & phone call from this Walgreens claiming my scripts were ready for pick up the following morning. I asked to have them transferred somewhere else. They claimed they couldn’t do that. I went through the drive through because I didn’t want to see anyone from the previous day. None of them were working. When I arrived the woman working had an attitude and said she wasn’t sure what happened the day before but she would be blocking my account. How is that fair? I don’t want to come back there but if anyone should be blocked it should be the woman in the five guys shirt that decided to put her hands on me first. They claimed if they knew her name she would be blocked too. If anyone knows this woman please let me know! She had very short brown hair and very pale white skin. She had a mixed child with her that I didn’t realize was hers until the police arrived! He was probably 3 years old or less & was just walking the aisles. If anyone knows this woman name please let me know! She should have stayed and given the police her info if she did nothing wrong. She didn’t though. She ran. With her child. This is a CPS issue and needs to be addressed. You don’t run around hitting people starting fights for zero reason. Especially when your children are involved.

I’ve been going to this store for years and they know me. There is a really nice young guy that works there and Felicia is awesome, another girl who used to be very friendly but for whatever reason ignores me now lol. They know me well enough to know I’m not a thief, been going there for years, tonight I ran in to get eyedrops and this new lady with blonde hair comes downThe aisle and stands right next to me while I’m selecting like the police. I understand there’s a lot of theft there but I tried to make small talk and she stood there stone faced, I felt like I was in a prison store. Very insulting after being a customer for years and she’s new lol. I will only go there when I’mPressed for time(which I was tonight). The management should tell her to at least stand down the aisle and pretend you are doing something else, that’s what I was taught when i worked in retail, it’s just rude to the customer and makes them not want to come back. Very disappointed. I used to get a friendly vibe from all the employees when I came in and felt like home, it feels like a prison store now.

Good luck reaching anyone by phone. I've literally given birth faster than it takes for anyone to answer. I'm STILL on hold and have been trying since this morning to figure out the issue why they can't refill my rx. It's now almost 3pmUpdate: it's almost 4 pm and STILL on hold. Even tried calling from a different number and same thing. RIDICULOUS WALGREENS. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Giving this place a 1 star because 0 starts is not an option. DO not use this pharmacy. You will call to get ahold of them and will wait 30 minutes at a time for them to pick up and HANG UP on you. Super unprofessional.

ZERO STARS, NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR I AM FORCED TO GIVE. WORST PHARMACY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING. YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH TO THEM BY PHONE. THEY HAVE YOU SITTING ON HOLD FOR OVER AND HOUR JUST TO HANG UP ON YOU. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!

Absolutly terrible if I could geive zero stars I would. I was on hold for half an hour just to be hung up on. I had called back to speak with someone which took another 10 minutes after I found out what the issue was with my order. So in total I am on hold for just under an hour and haven't gotten my prescription filled or updated on the status. The customer service is terrible and I wouldn't do business with them but I am forced to due to insurance reasons.

I have never received the awful customer service that I got today. We waited from 10:30 AM to 4 PM to get a prescription filled that was never filled. My husband just got out of surgery and had a prescription to get filled instead of turning us away if they couldn't fill the prescription, the woman yelled at me and said that I wasn't giving her the correct card for my insurance. However, I know that I was giving her the correct card because at every other pharmacy that I have went to the card had worked. We normally go to CVS and I will continue to go there. Unfortunately this medication has been back ordered so we decided to go to Walgreens because it's even closer to home now I see why we don't go there. The woman who yelled at me randomly she can't exchange narcotics for cash which was so weird bc we never asked her to she kept calling our prescription card a discount card. We even used it right before at the CVS to fill an antibiotic prescription and had no issues whatsoever. Don't bother wasting your time going to this Walgreens the staff is obviously not intelligent enough to type in a couple of numbers in the computer. The woman that "helped" us was a heavyset woman with a bad Karen haircut. She might have been the manager herself which explains why the rest of the staff couldn't figure it out either. Completely incompetent and rude
