I've had very bad experiences here in the past. Recently, it seems they hired new people that actually care about customers and their well being for taking their medication. Several months ago I would say go to another pharmacy but now I would definitely recommend them.

The pharmacy staff are helpful and friendly. The pharmacist used a discount card that saved money on the prescription that my insurance can’t cover. Am thankful.

This walgreens is so shit, i eating in line for 30 mins for a prescription, rang the bell at the drive through which no one answered, rang it again and some lady yelled at me saying "why are you pressing the button? i said im coming didn't i?" which this lady had not communicated with me at all. This is the worst walgreens everyone is so rude ! highly unprofessional and i DO NOT recommend.

I have never received the awful customer service that I got today. We waited from 10:30 AM to 4 PM to get a prescription filled that was never filled. My husband just got out of surgery and had a prescription to get filled instead of turning us away if they couldn't fill the prescription, the woman yelled at me and said that I wasn't giving her the correct card for my insurance. However, I know that I was giving her the correct card because at every other pharmacy that I have went to the card had worked. We normally go to CVS and I will continue to go there. Unfortunately this medication has been back ordered so we decided to go to Walgreens because it's even closer to home now I see why we don't go there. The woman who yelled at me randomly she can't exchange narcotics for cash which was so weird bc we never asked her to she kept calling our prescription card a discount card. We even used it right before at the CVS to fill an antibiotic prescription and had no issues whatsoever. Don't bother wasting your time going to this Walgreens the staff is obviously not intelligent enough to type in a couple of numbers in the computer. The woman that "helped" us was a heavyset woman with a bad Karen haircut. She might have been the manager herself which explains why the rest of the staff couldn't figure it out either. Horrible customer service. Very slow, ignore people at counter. Drive through always out-of order, close entire pharmacy for lunch break vice taking turns.

Walgreens is a very good place for my shots, prescription and just about any type of Medical equipment.The Pharmacist, stay busy', but if I am not sure what I need, They will assist me until I am sure, I trust Them All.. Thankfully Your's.Jessie Gallier..

Pharmacy answers the phone puts you right on hold. The phone will ring back then you get placed on hold again. This happens about 5 to 6 times before someone actually picks up the phone to speak. Then you get rude service. Called corporate and complained...store manager called back an apologized said he would go back to pharmacy and have it resolved. Have to call back a week later and the same behavior happened again...at least they were nice about it this time.

I moved to the neighborhood about 6 months ago. This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I can honestly say I HATE this Walgreens location. My experience has been with the pharmacy mostly. I've given them multiple tries in hopes of my experiences being one-offs, but NOPE!! First, they are EXTREMELY slow. Expect to take a half hour or so picking up a prescription through the drive-thru (which is faster than inside the store). It doesn't matter if you have 1 person in front of you or 3 - plan for a half hour! Second, their customer service and professionalism is lacking. You can pull up to the window and the pharmacist will look right at you and say nothing. No "welcome to Walgreens" or "I'll be right with you". Just NOTHING. Then, if you have the audacity to say "hello?" expect MAJOR attitude and an even longer wait. The only pro is that my prescriptions are filled correctly. However, I can get prescriptions filled correctly at pharmacies with much better customer service and timeliness. If you insist in Walgreens and can drive a few minutes up the road, do it. The Back River Neck Rd location is 10x better.

This review is strictly pertaining to the pharmacy. They don't use discretion, they hang up on you after long holding periods, a pharmacy rep (as they change all the time) was rude to me. Very long waiting times as I'm sitting at the drive thru seeing at least 3 people working through the window and no one in line in-store-??. They mixed my name and another persons meds up. I switched pharmacies.

You have your prescription sent there by your doctor. They no longer call you to tell you that they don't have it. So you waste your time and money to get that news after you stand in a long line to get it. Also they refuse to give you your medications as prescribed. They tell you its too many. Even prescriptions for chronic conditions like thyroid medicine. They play with your life and health. Looks like their pharmacy techs think they are doctors.

I already left a review a few months ago and it’s been erased! But I must say that the main cash register was broken for like a month. Also there pharmacy line is always long and slow..and I just tried to call the pharmacy and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then when it started ringing again I rang it at least 10 times and no one picked it up! Since it’s right down the street from my house I probably will still continue to go there but they definitely need to make some changes!
