Guess they changed their name from 2nd. Ave thrift store. It's still basically the same store. The only thing different is how the clothes racks & other Items are set up.

I have been shopping at this store for years but recently this place has gone down hill so bad the prices are up and the quality has went way down the staff majority of them are rude do not speak English harassed you when you try to try on clothing they makes you feel like you're safe if you have more and five items they have a set I can understand the rules but when it comes to the point of a grab your arm and rip you out of the dressing room cuz you had an extra item by mistake it's gotten to the point of assault I went into the store two weeks ago and went to clean the car they're using pure bleach which went into my eyes and on my chest and shirt when I try to speak to the manager about it he basically became very irate with me I told me I didn't have to shop there they have to clean the cart I have not heard of anybody using pure bleach on anything that the public is using and after I took pictures of everything they remove the bleach and replaced it with sanitizer wipes I did not get my shirt replaced or an apology the manager was very rude 2 years ago this store was awesome not anymore there is another one out in Laurel which is a lot nicer and the people are much more friendly I will be going out of my way to shop there from now on

I guess I will have to stop thrifting until 2021. All the thrift store prices have doubled compared to what they were before they closed due to COVID-19. Really disappointed.

Lovely nice, clean store. I stop here every once in a blue moon for old times sake. Always loved thrift stores from olden times with my Grandma and later with the fabulous space lady. Bought about 22 bucks worth of stuff I don't need but somebody will need (youngins). Tried to buy a gravy bowl but the cashier woman took it back, something about a set which I never saw. Ma'am, please don't pick through my used stuff. But who needs 18 piece set of anything. Although I did see a lady with like three 18 piece dish sets. I am like, oh, little house on the prairie, OK. She wanted to take my John Wayne lunch box I bought for nostalgia saying it was a collectable. Well, where can I cash in for this lunch box in the capitol of collections in Laurel, MD. LOL! Besides, El Dorado is my favorite movie. Should go nice with my Incredible Hulk lunch box. Also, got a nice tea pot for those lazy Sunday mornings and an oil spout pourer thing to replace my small one. Although it pours too fast as my son found out. Picked up two nice spaghetti and meatball serving bowls like at Olive Garden. Bought a big ole shaker container thing for my black pepper that I buy in bulk. I have never been able to buy a decent pepper shaker, we will see how that works. Bought two white décor bowls for my cereal (1.99 for both) was ready to fight the lady over these and I would have lost terribly. Now in all fairness, she wrapped all my stuff so nicely I forgot it was my stuff. Where was this place during my high school and college years? Oh, I forget, I did not have a car. Life is so unfair sometimes. My apologies to the cashier lady after all, that's just her nature and me as well. I highly recommend this store to everybody. Young, old, different races, rich, poor.

It's very clean and orderly inside. Looks like a regular store with no musty odor like some thrift and second-hand stores. You can find a lot of nice buys. Sometimes the clothes or items are new and still have original price tags. In fact, there are A lot of completely unused, new items stacked in the front at the checkout line - like socks and even snacks. On the parking lot, you might see a Mercedes parked next to an, old car like mine. Both young and old, poor and not so poor folks come here.

What a shame. I used to love this place. I have not been in a while and went back today to find everything was different. The organization is awful, and you could literally hear workers in the back shattering glass and breaking things and laughing. What a huge turn off. Also, they have raised the prices to a rate that leaves me feeling like I should just go to Wal Mart and get a better deal. I am truly saddened this used to be a great store.
