“I feel a-lot of regret today. Months ago, I gave an amazing testimonial to your company because at the time, I felt that, however, 7 months later, and still this vehicle cannot be operated. The second day I had the vehicle, it wouldn't start. It took you guys nearly 2 months to correct that, but I gave you credit for trying to fix it. But, you guys had the vehicle for a whole month, to get it to start when it's supposed to , you ignored my complaints about the fuel line, and 2 months ago, the fuel line came undone while I was driving. I discovered it was being held on by a zip tie. I thought you different because you were trying to fix the first problems, but why are there so many problems? and now, months later and Im still taking it o places to get fixed, and you wont respond when I ask to return vehicle, when my reps call you, and when the Business Bureau asks you to connect with me, you still don't respond. What am I supposed to do?”
