“I highly recommend this storage facility. It is super nice and clean, it is easy to access, felt very secure and the staff went way above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had concerning my belongings unrelated to the business. The manager Kelly was especially kind and helpful. I had no issue whatsoever storing my things here for about a year. Would store my things again if ever I am in that area!”

“Budget has been the only smooth part of our move. After u-haul did not have the van we reserved the day before our move, budget vans was there for the rescue. They had the vehicle we requested at the time we requested, but even better was how kind and helpful the two women were that worked in the Baltimore shop. We dropped off the van in New York and were also impressed with how kind and professional the NY budget vans location was.”

“My experience with Uhaul was excellent. I had some problems in the beginning on my end that was resolved and the day went smoothly. The truck was delivered to us on the lot, I downloaded the app to acknowledge some minor damage and we were on our way. At the end, I used the App to turn the truck in, and all was well. All of the representatives were great and my billing was concise. I would definitely recommend the Uhaul service.”

“It’s sad seeing so many people have bad experiences with this uhaul. I wanted to pick up a couch from Savers down the street and was able to get a 9 ft van in 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing how fast everything worked out. I did it all through my phone and it was easy. Only issue is I wish I could have dropped the van off at a closer location to where i dropped off my couch but overall good experience”

“We needed to keep the rental a little longer and the gentleman was kind enough to allow us to keep it an extra half an hour. He also said if it's raining and he's in traffic on his way with the truck to let him know and he won't charge us a late fee @5-10 minutes after the hour.”

“I made a reservation for a moving truck to be picked up at third party pickup area. Penske had the truck delivered and ready to go but the owner was no where to be found! I called customer service and spoke with Alex who IMMEDIATELY tried to contact them. When no one responded she did not hesitate to make new arrangements for us. She had a sense of concern and urgency in her voice which was greatly appreciated being we were on a tight moving schedule. We then picked up a new vehicle at a nearby location where customer service was just as helpful and concerned. Our truck was clean and new. Great on gas oddly enough which is appreciated especially now. Overall I would strongly suggest Penske over other DIY moving options for service, price and quality of the vehicle. Highly recommended.”
