The manager Kelly was especially kind and helpful. I had no issue whatsoever storing my things here for about a year. Would store my things again if ever I am in that area!”

“Budget has been the only smooth part of our move. After u-haul did not have the van we reserved the day before our move, budget vans was there for the rescue. They had the vehicle we requested at the time we requested, but even better was how kind and helpful the two women were that worked in the Baltimore shop. We dropped off the van in New York and were also impressed with how kind and professional the NY budget vans location was.”

“Billy and UHaul staff were absolutely amazing. They made sure my car dolly was in great working order and made sure I pulled in with my 32 ft RV in the easiest approach to navigate and hitch up the dolly. Great job, I would surely use them again if I’m traveling into or out of the Baltimore area.”

“This ended up being my last resort as home depot had their only truck out on repairs, and being around xmas time, the other people were seriously charging it up for trucks. I was moving about 20 minutes away and needed a smaller studio apartment sized truck, and they were able to give me one that worked just fine. I got the truck within 10 minutes with no issues.
The guy explained everything, was very patient and overall, I had a really good experience. He was a very friendly guy and didn't have a attitude or anything. I ended up making it back a minute over to return the truck, and they didn't charge me. If I need another truck for moving close, i'm definitely going to go back as I had no issues and they definitely could have taken advantage of me being a college student but they didn't. They didn't have any hidden fees, and he explained everything. Thank you for making my move super easy!! :}”

“It’s sad seeing so many people have bad experiences with this uhaul. I wanted to pick up a couch from Savers down the street and was able to get a 9 ft van in 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing how fast everything worked out. I did it all through my phone and it was easy. Only issue is I wish I could have dropped the van off at a closer location to where i dropped off my couch but overall good experience”

“The truck I rented for my move was very clean and even had bluetooth, which was nice. My pick up was supposed to be contactless but I had some issues with the app but the staff at the store was able to help get me the truck with no issues. The team members were very helpful. I was rerouted on my way to return the rental and the call center and the staff at the drop off location were extremely accommodating and helped make my drop off a breeze. Very friendly and always the best pice for moving services.”

“The assistant manager was extremely helpful and efficient when we were renting our truck and again when we came back to get the car hauler hooked up. I've never received such great service at a Uhaul and we appreciated the competency and friendliness.”
“We needed to keep the rental a little longer and the gentleman was kind enough to allow us to keep it an extra half an hour. He also said if it's raining and he's in traffic on his way with the truck to let him know and he won't charge us a late fee @5-10 minutes after the hour.”
“Everything was quick and smooth. The employees were very nice. Only complaint is that the phone number they have doesn't work and they didn't offer me an alternative. I had to go there personally to ask questions. Thankfully I was close by.”
