In 2005 I was looking for an apartment and then I came across Queens Purchase apartment and realized that this was the place I wanted to live. I have been so happy here maintenance is great. Customer service wonderful.

Kimberly, Shae, and Alberta are very professional! I love the customer service that they all provided to me! They all helped me with everything I was confused about. I recommend this place I give 5 stars. Great place wonderful job! ❤️ A++++ THANK YOU! 4/11/24 very respectful and positive staff clean rooms everything was perfect! I recommend this place. The staff is very respectful and professional for the ones I have interacted with which is a plus. The day I moved in my first issue was the amount of trash in Front of the building it’s like people either drove by and drop their trash or as they’re getting out the car, they just dropped their trash, which eventually ends up in front of the building and scattered about. I do see members of maintenance pick up the trash but some residents just don’t care. The next issue I had was when I moved in was the place was not up to par, The caulking in the bathroom was horribly done a piece of the baseboard was missing with nails sticking out. The apartment had a smell of moldy basement or animal smell. Screen door was ripped bedroom window had no screen, and my BIGGEST issues residents would leave laundry over night, letters would go out but nothing done, bugs ( water bugs and centipedes) and mice. The seals around windows and doors were bad people in the hallway would sound like they’re in your house and could hear all your conversation also mice would come through the front door, chew carpet and all when cooking. They did call pest control. Which helps but I also did as well to resolve the issue. my heat went out. Maintenance responded fast, but it went out the next day maintenance responded quickly again and it went out the next day maintenance responded again and fixed it. I could go on about a few things but I will end saying this… the place is a bit dated which would require a little more TLC. Somethings I understand they can not control such as residence who stay on the property but regular inspections on residents up keep of the apartment could resolve some issues. Regular extermination regardless of request. I would not recommend do to some of the conditions above. the staff and maintenance I would not change a thing. They have been respectful and respond in a timely manner. Just add getting Security deposit takes a long time. (The entire wait time per the contract) I gave this rating because of the staff other wise it probably be a one or 2 star.

They did not show up the toilet is still not sealed and the seat has not been changed. They always saying they completed a task but never do. Just like the heat that’s not fixed.

2024 UPDATE !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE ....
I Have been living on this apartment for around 4 or more years and I'm not sure if they have new management but this is completely awful no wonder why so many people just leave I have so many problems with them trying to contact them they keep hanging up on me after almost an hour waiting to just get a notice that you have 15 days to move because you didn't call the office after 4 years of living here! Incredible.
I move in here about 3 months ago and I love my apartment is a quiet more family oriented complex there is a lot of parking and the security system is great, I love the fact that to get in to de building you have to have a key so no surprise visitor or those sunday morning people that love to wake you up for no reaso I did the right thing moving here for now no problems with my apartment everything is old but works perfect ..

The first interaction will tell you what type of company you are dealing with. The property manager is highly unprofessional. Your apartment will not be ready in your move in date. They will not assist you with a hotel until it’s ready and still try to hold you liable since they have you sign the lease in advance. You move into a home with pests and you will lack heat. You will not sleep because they have old furnaces that make loud noises as if you are in an airport. They enter your home when they please. Maintenance never completely fix anything just patch. Please look elsewhere. You send emails with your concerns and they do not respond. Customer service is rude. Must I say more

I've resided in the community for about 5 years now and the area is changing a bit. People don't respect where they live. They trash the grounds and empty trash right outside their vehicle door just ghetto like. Lighting in some areas must be improved for residents safety. Maintenance has fallen off with respect to request. Area has been recently experiencing vandalism.

i am a current resident at queens purchase at first i loved it and now i hate it they increase rent every year just to have the same problems happen they hire anybody and i called and told them i had mold in my apartment and they didnt care the mold has caused me to have breathing problems i asked them can i move into a new unit and they giving me the run around ITS NICE ON THE INSIDE BUT HELL WHEN YOU MOVE IN DON'T MOVE HERE

the staff was nice but in getting approved, i was told that i can get approved if i use my social since my id was expired, once we did the application i paid the fee for them only to tell me i actually can’t until i have a none expired photo id when i showed proof and gave proof of everything, paystubs and all, i personally wouldn’t recommend
