Missed on purchasing a bed I wanted from a major retailer and noticed PriceBusters had it. Everything with my purchase went well but during the delivery, they tore up my neighbors lawn. It has been hell trying to get Price Busters to provide the delivery companies info even after providing proof via pictures as requested. Looks like this will be going to litigation because it appears that Price Busters and their delivery company simply does not appear to want to make it right.Companies lack customer service and integrity anymore.

Bad Customer Service. Mike was very rude and screamed at me in the background regarding furniture delivery that came damaged. Choose another store.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jalin , I didn't even have to come in for the process and through the phone he made everything so simple and understandable , I was so shocked how smooth it went. He allowed me to ask questions and clearly answered them for me. I couldn't have been any happier I would recommended anybody to him literally a 10/10 Thank you for what you do Jalin :)

I want to put no starts because the delivery is phony but the guy ( I don’t know his name ) helped me but was mostly on his phone the whole time. Let alone my delivery date keeps getting pushed further and further away I RECOMMEND NOONE TO THIS PLACE and yes I reported them to the higher authority. The delivery emergency have nothing to do with me when all I received was $150 store credit ( I don’t want it ) I want my furniture

I had went to this place 2 years ago to get new furniture spend over 3k had great service.But this time when I went this guy in the yellow shirt was so rude towards me and my kids I was looking around to buy a new bedroom set furniture he told me to leave just because my kids were playing around mind you they kids . But there is a way of talking to someone but no he was very disrespectful he just started screaming at me and my kids cursing us out. Was races towards us.Wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.??

Brought a couch set, 1 of the legs broke its not even a year old. Warning don't buy anything from these people. They don't have a corporate office. Cheap Furniture and not worth the hassle.

I was assisted by Jay today to purchase my queen size mattress and bed frame. Jay tried four different ways to get my application completed on Sunday electronically so I could leave with my queen size mattress I came into purchase today. Jay had the best disposition and patient attitude in making sure I could leave with my mattress. Look for Jay for All your purchases at Price Busters on Eastern ave. Nice young man!

I called in and Jay was extremely helpful. I was able to find out who I had spoken with and he was able to find the sales person and my delivery date. We need more customer Service Rep. like him.
