“I came to the shop to see if I could get my tire patched due to it having a nail. I knew that the shop would probably be busy as today is the day before thanksgiving. I was kind of disappointed to have waited close to 4 and 1/2 hours before hearing a status on the car which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. As a customer, it shows personal interest and a respect for customers time when status updates are given on the service of our cars. Overall, my experience was positive and I would come back to get my car serviced here.”

“My car broke down on 95 s and I googled automotive repair near me and Bobs popped up so I selected them. From the time I walked inside I felt a great vibe Rob was amazing to the customer before me I felt great about his service. Once he got to me he very professional and honest and willing to help in anyway possible. Although the news of my transmission being blown up from another shop Negligent Rob helped me and made it very clear what went wrong with my truck. Thank you Rob and Bobs for all y’all do and will do for the people”
“Called regarding an bit of an odd size tire, after calling many other tire places. They had 4 in stock, and pulled one for me. Set it aside, went up 45 min later. Had tire installed and out door in right around 40-45 minutes. Set up appt to go in 2 weeks for another tire. Have to budget for tires these days, but that is in no way their fault. Lack of availability in the tire market right now, in the size we need, for our vehicle. Friendly nice guys. Highly recommend!!!”

“The folks at Jiffy Lube are fast, friendly and give great service at a decent price. I'm going to use today's visit as an example. Before they started working on my car one of the technicians approached me and said that my oil change wasn't due for 800 more miles and asked if they should proceed. As it turns out I have an emission inspection due so I said yes, please go ahead. But asking if I really wanted their service? Who does that? When they come to me and tell me they've found a correctable problem I know that they're being honest. They've earned my trust, time and again. Today was just another example. Thanks Jiffy Lube.”

“I went here two weeks ago when I got off of work. I pulled up at 5:50 PM with a busted up tire, desperately needing it changed. Google has the hours posted as open until 6:30, but I found out when I got there that they actually closed at 6. I never would have gone that day if I’d known the hours weren’t correct online. However, an amazing employee (I think he said his name was John) took me in, despite me pulling up right at closing time and changed my tire for me. I am SO grateful for the employees there. They’re always so respectful, but HUGE shout out to John in particular. Thank you so much!!”
“First time here the other day. We swapped car places after 7 years due to some issues with a different company. The guys were super sweet and got me right in.
