Worst store!!! Customer service there is terrible, no manager is ever there. They WILL NOT refund anything!!! I bought a speaker and wanted to return..2 days later & they wouldnt even though reciept says i can within 14 days..they have attitudes..seem to be racist in that store. If you dont speak spanish then DONT go here! They are very distrpectful! Metro should close this store down!

I went to this location at 7:56p to exchange headphones that I purchased. 2 staff members inside informed me that the store was closed although the online hours of operation and sign on the door stated that the store closes at 8p. One associate motioned her hands to say “no” weren’t not open when I pulled the door. After looking at my watch, I questioned her about the closing time. The associate then asked what I needed. I informed her that I wanted to make an exchange for headphones. She said that they didn’t have the headphones that I was looking to purchase (even though she never even looked at the items I had in my had). I told her that I was looking to exchange them for airpods and pay the difference. She then stated that they did not sell AirPods at this location. I just informed her that I would write a review. I hate when people get jobs in customer service/retail but they hate doing the actual job. This really ruined my experience as I rushed to get here before they closed. I understand being ready to go, especially from a job that you do not enjoy, but they are required to keep their doors open to customers until the posted closing time.

I came in March of 2022 I think Carlos was who rung us up we switched and got a “free” phone and got the iPhone 11 deal 49.99 after mail and rebate. Well the guy didn’t give us a receipt I went back 10 min after we left he said it’s in the bag I said no it’s not he refused to print one out said he needed a manager to printed one out, my parents did it and when they told me a free phone and the 100$ iPhone cost 400$ I knew something was up I went up 6 times he wouldn’t give me a receipt and tried to tell me 180 for the iPhone and the 100$ for the “free” phone was activation I’m like there is no way! I think he charged us for two iPhones scammed us and tried to cover it up. Barely spoke any English or Atleast made it seem like that and the other one down the street by mace ave didn’t speak English either only Spanish. There’s no way that activation for any phones 180 or 100. Finally metro PCs costumer service is trying to help me get the receipt for it and they have credited us 85$ over the past two months on our bill to help compensate us 10/10 would recommend metro PCS just not this store!!

I've been coming here for years but lately the service is not there and it's sad. One of the mangers helped me a a few weeks ago to get a new phone ,case and screen protector because my last phone the screen shattered. The manger she suggested that I get a screen protector and told my phone just be fine if dropped, she helped me and put the screen protector on and the case. Well yesterday my phone fell out my pocket ,I didn't think nothing of it until I looked closely and my screen protector is fine not a mark but my screen is shattered ? when I went back to the store to ask if they could help me. The lady with the glasses laughed in my face and was oh I don't know what to tell you and laughed some more. I have never been so disgusted with a place like I was today. I've been a customer there for 10+ years but that ended today.
