Hey i don't know what the store is like but am sure they are nice people just trying to hang in their like the rest of us i will update this after i go their tomorrow to get a top loader washer machine I'm sure everything will go well . Edit Ok we got the new washer machine unfortunately it sprung a leak but they replaced it the very next day with a even newer washer. Me and my dad love the new washer machine. Loved the service too they are very nice . ?

bought a stand up freezer started with a small little leak soon after I got it and should have taken it back before it died and the lousy 4 month warranty ended. now i'm stuck with a big white storage box. I would not trust any of their appliances. they are all store returns for a good reason.

Brought a washer and dryer set from them. The very 1st use our dryer wasn’t getting hot. They did send a technician down for repairs which he did get it to get hot again. Her we are 3 weeks later and guess what the dryer isn’t getting hot again. I will never buy anything else from them again!!

Scammers. Paid in advance for a set and told them I needed it before 1 now they are refusing to give me back my money because they messed up the delivery time. Also ignored me for a hour when I kept trying to get answers.
