“Today was Black Friday and I was looking for a good deal on a queen size, soft mattress for my daughter. We had visited another reputable place and they wanted over $2000 and that did not include the box spring. They claimed they didn’t offer any specials because their prices were already the lowest — lies!! We went to Mattress Firm in Dundalk with hopes of finding something comparable. Kim, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store as well as what was online! You could tell she’s had years of experience. She asked what our needs were and kept us well below budget. I didn’t even need to finance!! We were even able to get an adjustable base for the same price as a split box spring! Not only did we get a great mattress that has a 93% satisfaction rating, but we also were able to get same day delivery. She far exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we didn’t go with any other retailer!! This is my second time getting mattresses from this store and they have never disappointed!! Please stop by their store if you are in the market for a new mattress!! Ask for Kim!!”

“of all the stories ive reviewed not show how IKEA is the one that slipped through the cracks! I am in this location about as often as I visit target and with the same mantra.. I go and wander and let the store tell me what I need. I love that i can walk through the show room and get inspiration without a lot of staff hounding me or I can use the app to add the items i need to my cart and go right to them in the self service area. I havent tried the click and collect so I cant talk much to that. Generally the staff are helpful if you need them and back off if you dont which is nice in this type of store. I have been re-doing my closet so Ikea has been seeing a lot of me lately and even without buying everything from the same system i still managed to have a very cohesive closet system!”

He allowed my fiancé and I to browse the store on our time while asking questions as needed. We eventually ordered a bedroom set, and delivery was the day expected and top notch service. “Best customer service I've ever had! I was trying to order a bed on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend when I had an issue with my order. I sent an email letting them know the problem and expected to wait until the following Tuesday for a response. Nope! The owner called me within the hour to handle the issue and put in the order for me that night! The bed came quickly, and undamaged. It was relatively easy to put together. My husband was able to do it by himself. It's been almost a year, and still no issues with it. The bed is of great quality, the price was very reasonable, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend them!”

“Morgan was wonderful to deal with, as was the woman manager who was on duty daytime November 17 (sorry I didn't get her name). Unfortunately, we checked reviews for the manufacturer and decided not to go with the sofa, although we love it. Morgan had spent so much time with us, we felt guilty having to cancel the sale. She and the manager couldn't have been more pleasant and gracious and understanding; no trying to convince us to change our mind, nor no negative attitudes! We will definitely consider this store when we decide to purchase other furniture. (5 Stars for store and personnel; took off 1 star for manufacturer.)”
